Get your ass out of that basement. Idc how hard you think your working out, it’s not the same as being at a gym. So my advice to you is get back in a real gym for at least 3-4 months natty.

Use this time to research, proper nutrition, and find a solid workout program that works for you. This is what this thread should have been about, not a second cycle especially in your current state. You don’t mention Hcg or pct or the use of Serms and AI’s. Learn all this shit then come back and ask your questions about a second cycle.

Please don’t respond with “but’s” or excuses.
If you try to wing this you will fail. Maybe you’ll make some gains then lose them all!
You come off as a go getter do this the right way a reap the benefits.

Bro you clearly have not been reading my thred this was almost a year ago bro, i have already discussed getting back into the gym natty before going on but I’m doing my research and getting my shit planned for when I go on god damn it’s crazy how some of you don’t read clearly or listen to what somebody says. I’ve said multiple times in this thread I will do just that it’s ridiculous some of the shit you guys say on here you know nothing about

Why you run your mouth man this community shouldn’t be about that I’m sourcing for gear because the only gear I ever used was when I was out in So Cal and did hand to hand exchange was asking and looking for sources for domestic shipping for future reference man. Apparently this is just getting old with the negativity in here smh. I love working out natty or not I work 60-80 hours a week 6 days a week I’m not talking to you in any such way you are to me. So lay off man and help me out and offer some advice and what have you or stop commenting please I’m sick of seeing of your negativity and running your mouth I’m a young man I prefer not to do that. They list there proposed cycle, program there running, complete diet and pct layout and still get flamed! The ones that handle the criticism like men usually learn from it and have successful cycles and become part of the community. Ask more questions make less excuses!

What excuses I’m asking you for your advice with working 50-70 hours a week outside doing construction what is the best time to hit the gym before I go into work or after I feel like before because I’m exhausted after work? I can handle criticism but I’m not going to let people walk over me when I came here looking for expert opinions. And yes I do see that all the time haha all the high school kids listing there diet all that shit I prolly should of just stuck to the other forum because this is not what I was wanting to get into and you don’t know me like I said or what I been thru in my life that’s not an excuse I’m not going to put my personal business out in here and write my whkld bio.

i gotcha man thanks for your input I do know the terms but I’ve just fell off and need to do my research again about This shit it’s serious man I know that I get that that’s why I’m here to learn from guys who have done this for a lot longer than myself my first cycle was terrible didn’t plan it didn’t do enough research I lived in a bad situation where doing this shit wasn’t allowed and experimented I messed up but I’m learning to move on with those mistakes and listen to you guys who know what your talking about my fault if I came off wrong. I got my membership today and am picking up my steel supps on Friday the basics protein, bcaas, pre workout intra and post and maybe a fat burner. Also was thinking about talking to the guy at Evolving Nattys not sure if you heard of them but there sarms are solid and running maybe mk677 and lgd before I hop back on gear and when I do I will have everything set up for a 16 week cycle liver support all my pins I prefer the 23-25 to inject and the 21 to draw. Will start with test e 300 pin twice a week for 10 weeks and if dosage needs increase we can increase and add some Dbol in there at 25mg a day for 2-3 weeks than increase to 50ed for the other 7-8 weeks increase if needed never ran it. Then switch to test prop for the final 6 weeks at 100mg 3x a week increase if needed throw out the dbol and add in anavar or Winny oral I used Winny depot when I was in Cali and it was the worst pip I ever had in my life I will never reccomend that shit to nobody anything you see in this post that you would do different being 23 5’5 150lbs currently at 17%BF all current

Yep. Your post is almost entirely about gear in one form or the other. At your size, weight, and bodyfat, you need to be posting in the nutrition section.

Your "plan" should be about workout splits, macros, meal prep, and 100 things other than sarms or steroids.

I'm sure you'll find a forum somewhere that embraces gear use over workout strategy and nutrition, and then you'll be like several of the guys at the gym I go to that have horrible cystic acne, look like the mischeln man, and spend their time in between sets milking their gyno swollen tits.

Never had a problem with any of those not saying it can’t happen but they make products to pevent that I’m in the wrong section that is my fault I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed on here how can I remove the thread?

Here is some advice from someone who has yet used aas, wait get everything else in check and do your research. I have got back into lifting 3 years ago after a 20 year hiatus. I have been researching aas for over 20 years and still have not used as I was not comfortable in my knowledge. Only recently have I decided I know enough to wade in. Think about it, 20 years before I pulled the pin on it.

You say you want to source for future? Why bother sources change, so who you find today may be no good in years time. That and you worrying about a source takes your time and effort off of what it should be nutrition and training.

I have read the entire thread and hope you you dont come up with excuses and just take the advice given and move forward logically.

I hope you don't hop on without the proper research most do.
I haven't seen you mention anything about what you will do as far as nutrition which is far more important than aas.
And I also haven't seen you mention anything about proper post cycle therapy which is extremely important for someone your age unless you want to be like me and others who have to inject testosterone ew for life.
@Eman and others around here are truly concerned about you doing things right that's why you get a no nonsense feedback.
I can't tell you how many guy's we offer advice to that don't listen or tell us Stfu only to make a thread later begging for help with gyno or erectile dysfunction.
You have to have thick skin here if you truly want honest feedback alot of other forums will just tell you what you want to here hook you up with aas and then when you come back with a problem your on your own.
But I can guarantee you if you will hit the gym natural like you said you were planning and read right here at meso about nutrition and pct along with proper cycle outlines for about 6 months you will thank me that you did.
And you can even ask guy's but don't get rubbed wrong and talk shit because 95% of what I consider true vets around here will have no more talk for you if you get defensive and don't listen .
I wish you success and if you will follow advice you will find some.
Or if you have the funds hire a coach.
 
You’re getting offended so easily as a new member to the toughest board in bodybuilding. You’re not going about this right.

Firstly. You need to cut fat before you start anabolic. I’d say you need about 10% less fat. It would honestly be a waste of gear at this point unless you plan on power lifting and you keep eating to get fat.

Secondly. No one cares how many people double your size you can out lift. Some of us are IFBB pros that don’t give a shit about numbers. Some are powerlifting pros that would make you feel like a shrimp. Get outta here with your “you’re talking to me wrong” crap. In this world you aren’t shit. Some of the guys you may be talking to are the type of guys you look up to and they put the work in to get there. Not just the juice but the life style. And don’t care for fatties telling us how we should talk to them.

Finaly ontop of all that. If you want advice. Ask for advice. If one person gives you advice you don’t like then move on to the next person. Don’t shit talk them. But the conencus is right now that you need to lose fat. You might wanna take that advice in my opinion.

You want a miracle? Research this new drug called “diet and cardio” it works well. Or kill yourself running Tren, Mast, DNP. Whichever you wanna do. Because the second is the only anabolic and drug compound option that would help you and it is known to be a deadly combo for higher body fat %.
