2nd TRT Cruise 220mg Test U and 3rd cycle log.

I my weight this morning was 235. My blood pressure was elevated in the 140s. I cranked up the telmisartan to 80mg from 40. I expect to be back at 40 in about a week or 2. If am even on it.


I guess it's related to the tren. I'll continue to monitor it and post any changes
 
How long have you used telmisartan now Cridi?

Do you find it to be pretty fast acting?
I just weighed myself today. 8 lbs down.... Guess the ARB increase and the 25mg of hctz made me piss everything out. My heart isn't racing either from dehydration etc
 
I would expect to be 222-225 off cycle. I want to cut down 10-15 lbs. I would assume I have 34 lbs of fat on me still.

I feel kinda huge right now. I dont feel very comfortable. I didnt gain as much fat for my first bulk IMO. I am very confident I can cut it down fairly fast. Especially after this "reset" I had from a bulk.

Probably a good amount of it was all the salty stuff I ate for New years eve. Salty, nothing home cooked.

I dont think I gained as much fat this cycle. maybe 3 lbs max.

Tren was only in there for 2 weeks(7 weeks in) when I hate the dexa scan it.

My creatinine and Cystatin C looked great. the issue I saw was definitely the lipids. When I blast on tren, it probably wont exceed 200.(probably 150). Test/Mast will be my primary growth promoters.

I think I will be focused more on conditioning for a while. I dont feel comfortable/too happy looking this wide of a waist. It seems like the cycle really widened it. The Dexa scan did say there was a little more visceral fat than before(not surprised). I like the muscle size overall though.

Well I appreciate the concern but I’ve lost it already after a few days eating 15k calories no carbs. Oh and I shall mention I am still running 300mg test with no moon face whatsoever. Funny how that works when diet is in place

Still skipping test U this week. Will extend cycle of tren of 120-150 and mast of 200 until 2/13.




Will be doing 50mg of tren e and 100 mast every 3 days. I won't call this a cruise. But a light finish to cut and lean out
Restarting hgh 4iu nightly.

Mounjaro will be every Monday.

Last mast shot of 100mg was 3 days ago.

Going to be on 200 test U 50 tren until the weekend before Valentine's day for libido support.
 
Current weight is 228(14-15% bf?), peak weight of last cycle 237. I am targeting about 215-220. wanting to target maybe 9-10% bodyfat(will probably rebound to 11-12%).

Last day of bulk was 2/7

200 test U
60mg of Tren E a week(estimated last dose will be on 2/12)
4iu of HGH( I have no bloat)
0.25mg of tirazepide. Next dose escalation is in 2 weeks.
80mg of telmisartan(BP and visceral fat benefits)

Last dose of mast was 1/12 at 100mg.


I am training 6-7 days a week during this cut. I have been working out 12 days in a row so far.

This past cycle with the water weight and heaviness on my chest made me realize I need to improve my cardiac health. I purchase a fitbit as well to reach target heart rates.

Started at 20min of cardio, then I escalated it this past week to 40-60min of cardio split twice a day. Estimated about 450-600 calories burned. Primarily rowing on my row machine.

I have no strength loss as well from this past 2 weeks. Estimated caloric deficit is 1k-1.2k a day. taking in atleast 250g of protein a day.

test U(should have reached stable plasma levels according to steroid plotter). coming from 300 test u. I skipped a week of dosing, the 2nd week was 100 test U, and next week should be 200 test U. Estimated Test level is 1000. I will get this tested soon

No real sides from this low dose tren, a dose this small is maintaining the heavy vascularity which is shocking.
I did have some problems sleeping but "Sleep 3" from costco is alleviating that.
 
Here we go.. 230.. I feel a little deflated from cutting . I have also avoided doing a front double bi because I am self conscious of my smaller arms but here we go.

I'm planning to cut down another 11-12 lbs of fat.

Your arms look great man. You could try turning your wrist in towards your head more and lifting your elbows up to where your biceps are just above your shoulders. That'll make them look a little bigger.

Also you weren't joking about that vascularity! I'm 4 days off tren ace and I just noticed a few veins come in on my lat and I'm nowhere lean enough for that to show through!

Looking good man keep up the hard work!

I would need to hire multiple coaches.

I had alot of vascularity before using tren. But it definitely magnified it. Even at a higher BF.

Yes. I really shouldn't have touched it but curiosity got the best of me. I kept the dose low 150mg a week or less.

That's fine. I think it's a good compound to experience but obviously not use it as a crutch. Atleast you aren't doing anything ridiculous.


Also... Never had anything beef up my BP until tren...

Current weight is at 227. I have been doing quite a bit of LISS. It can range from 1-2.5 hours a day depending on my availability. If I work that day, it an be 1 hour. I did a total of 2.5-3 hours on Friday and 1.5 hours today(planning to do another 30 minutes). I hope it isnt overkill.


During the lifting/LISS session I will start injecting 4 90 minutes prior to lifting/cardio. This is to maximize lipolysis during this time frame.


I have to say... I am seeing very fast results in a week. I may just add in 20mg of anavar for this cruise after tren is done. Atleast I can bail on it faster if I need to.

I actually think I may just need to drop 10 lbs to reach my goal. There will be a point where I will utilize clen. I would plan on 20 mcg a day.

I am not exactly sure of when I would utilize clen. It would definitely be toward the end.

Dang, I think you look great and don't need to lose 10lbs. I mean, you aren't competing now. Do you think you will be able to sustain your goal weight for a while? You still on a glp like semaglutide?

I started Tirazepide 3 weeks ago.

I want to do this for myself, I have never been this lean. targeting 9% Bodyfat and will probably rebound to 11%. which is fine. I have always been a fat kid chubby kid growing up, so this is a big deal for me.

I want to try to hold this BF to see if its sustainable for me. I guess some people say reset their "set point".


I also do wonder if my baseline labs would improve, we have suspected I had fatty liver because I had high normal liver enzymes prior to AAS usage. Which improve on cycle(which is weird).
