So to motivate myself to keep diet and training in check, i will create a log here, commentating my recovery from a 3.5 years 'cycle' of AAS use.
Also this may be quite educational for people who think about start using steroids, especially the young ones.


All I am going to talk about in here, is based on personal experience and im going to be as detailed as possible.

I am 23 right now myself, I started my first injection of testosterone shortly after my 20th birthday.
Before I started juicing, I have been training for 3 and a half years, all natural, never had any training logs, but I remember weighing around 60kgs when I started training at 5'8 height.
After those years of natural training, I was around 90kgs, of course fairly high body fat percentage, but I had a little belly when I started training at 16 already.
I had noone to teach me how to lift, no one to show me how to diet properly, all I knew back than, and actually all I know now, comes from internet research, from error and trial, watching my body change on certain training routines, diets, cycles.

Before I continue, Id like to ask certain people if they could at least stop their trolling/flaming in this thread, its more of a personal thing, and like I said educational thing because I could never find a detailed pct log from years of abuse after countless hours of researching.
So if you did not do the same thing as me (even though its not smart) and youve just ran a bunch of 10 week cycles and come here to talk shit now, fuck off and go play in the ball pit.

So lets continue with my small introduction.
My first 'cycle' was, like every beginners cycle should be, test enanthate 250mg e5d.
I ran it for almost half a year, gained alot of weight, strength, puffy, water and fat as fuck.
Then I changed source, and I have got ahold of some fakes. And I shot those fakes for almost another half a year, wondering why strength doesnt increase, size doesnt increase, but weight increase, because I was getting fatter. So after almost another 6 months of shooting fake gear, I found out I had the testosterone level of an infant. Talked about it with the source, boom, got ahold of alpha pharma test, thats where everything went up.
So 6 months of test e 250mg e5d, 6 months of olive oil, 2 and a half more years of minimum 750mg testosterone enanthate or cypionate a week.
Yep I didnt blast and cruise, I blasted the ongoing 2.5 years at a fairly high dose, a minimum of 500mg e5d (750mg a week), sometimes did 750mg e5d (1g a week), sometimes added in tren ace at 350mg for a few weeks, tren enanthate at 700mg for a few weeks, I had used dbols, short 3 or 4 week blast of deca 400mg a week, lots of clen cycles.
So in this 2.5 year period I did test, tren, deca, dbols and clen, the tren i did mostly for like 8 weeks, had 1 or 2 months off, upped my test in that off period , then did another trenblast so pretty crazy and uncontrolled abuse of steroids.
What I learned from this?

Steroids wont do shit for you if you dont do shit.

Tren is useless if youre not gonna do that cardio and proper training.
Its not all about taking shit, it wont replace a proper diet and proper training.
Most of the 'crazy' dosages were in 2015, in 2016 I only had 2 tren hex runs, both around 2 months, in the very beginning and then before christmas time, controlled, low dosed and way better body and strength than on the crazy dosages.

So how did my body change over time?

well like i said, when i had my first injection i was around 90kgs, I did the typical bulk and cut approach, I enjoy food too much to be consistent year around.
So my highest weight basically was in august 2016, at 115kg at 5'8.
Since then ive been dieting, now im almost down to 90kg, lowest bodyfat I have been in my entire life, almost the strongest I have been in my entire life.
Currently I run test propionate, 0.7ml eod, to have 250mg a week, tapering off from enanthate, let it flush out.
Same time i am on 4ius of hgh ed.
I will continue to shoot 4 ius of hgh throughout my pct, to help with training recovery and to help keep as much tissue as possible.
I decided to make my pct look like this:

I will start the hcg shots, when I have 10 days of test propionate left (20 days hcg protocol from power pct)

10 days of hcg, at 2000iu EOD
-LAST PROPIONATE PIN
10 days of hcg, at 2000iu EOD
2 days after my last hcg shot I start the SERMS:

4 weeks clomid at 50mg ed
6 weeks nolva at 20mg ed

So I will keep this updated with training progression, bloodlevels, random statements how training went, how I feel like and stuff like that.

Oh, and for the shittalkers,
my trainingspartner who did the exact same cycle as me, went off cold turkey in november, no pct no nothing, as advised by his endo, and got positive bloodwork back today.
Ranges are in the lower end, but went back up from being 0, so no neighbours gonna bang my future wife, im looking at you justfish lol

Thats one of my intentions, to make newbies be able to see the consequences they would face if they go that route. Will get bloods the day before I start hcg treatment and post them here. In around 1 and a half weeks time.
 
Good post.. truth be known we all were probably dumb asses on first cycles... I like the honesty.. I have spent over 500 hours researching shit.. I wish I would have known more at a young age..
 
Im still amazed that I researched testosterone and shit for like 2 years before i got my first glute pin by my trainingspartner and didnt even think about it stopping sperm production at that time lol
It basically never came up when i read through forums and shit, only the typical side effects and well..back acne is not a big deal to prevent one from steroids, but If it said hey, you could never be able to have kids if you fuck up..that wouldve stopped me beforehand eventually lol

you may need to keep using HCG for a few months

Not shittalker..just keeping it real. Sorry, this is an open forum-you should expect the flaming and not bunch of cheerleaders that said what you did was ok! I do wish you well on your road to recovery. But what you did was foolish and any young guns reading this thread, take note on how NOT to ran a cycle! The reasons theres not PCT on people who abuse AAS because it shouldnt happen in the 1st place! No one with an ounce of common sense will do what you did and at such a young age!

Again, i wish you road to recovery and that you learn from your mistake. But its not guaranteed that you'll recovered like your friend.. if not, i hope you have a backup plan and the possibility of TRT for life

First, you need to remove the variables. A bit of lemon squeezy, salt and lemongrass. Best enjoyed with fava beans and a nice chianti

I like it best in my third week of cycling acetate-driven compounds because that's when I get the texture which work best for my palate. When I click with my tongue and get that grainy, sweet cornie kind of feeling in my mouth, I know I have cultivated the perfect batch ....

Not shittalker..just keeping it real. Sorry, this is an open forum-you should expect the flaming and not bunch of cheerleaders that said what you did was ok! I do wish you well on your road to recovery. But what you did was foolish and any young guns reading this thread, take note on how NOT to ran a cycle! The reasons theres not PCT on people who abuse AAS because it shouldnt happen in the 1st place! No one with an ounce of common sense will do what you did and at such a young age!

Again, i wish you road to recovery and that you learn from your mistake. But its not guaranteed that you'll recovered like your friend.. if not, i hope you have a backup plan and the possibility of TRT for life

I see posts like this one as very constructive critique (and what youre saying is true also) but theres always 2 ways to express yourself.
The normal way like you just did, honest opinion, and then the bullshit way, just talking shit and calling names.

My main lifts have been squats (220kg) 460lbs OVER a year ago, then I tore my right quad and have never been able to get over the blockade to push that heavy again.
Heaviest bench ever was 375lbs (170kg), also tore my left pec around the same time i tore my quad..but on bench right now im chasing those numbers again, my max is at around 155-160kgs as of now again.
Deadlifts are at around 550lbs, the only lift I never injured myself really, only pulled my right rear delt like 3 or 4 weeks ago, when i went to do actually easy rep deadlifts after a 13hour working shift.
I have found out for myself, most injuries occur when the body is tired from working all day long or whatever.
Ive never actually injured myself when I did heavy sessions, only when i was exhausted already and trained with easier weight.

He initially refused to give up anabolic steroids and was therefore offered Sustanon treatment with a contract that he in return would stop other steroids. It was hoped that this might at least act as a 'damage limitation' strategy short-term. Sustanon 250 mg intramuscularly (im) was given every two weeks, and serum testosterone levels rose into the normal range (see figure). His libido, potency and hair growth returned to normal. His cessation of anabolic steroid misuse was supported by urine screening tests. After 15 months on Sustanon, he had given up body-building and was in fulltime education. He voluntarily stopped treatment, but serum testosterone fell from 14.0 to 8.5 nmol/l (see figure) and impotence rapidly returned. To stimulate testicular function he was given injections of HCG over the next three months (10 000 units im weekly for one month, 5000 units weekly for one month, and 2500 units for one month). Within a week of starting treatment, libido had greatly improved, and spontaneous nocturnal ejaculations occurred. Serum testosterone levels and potency returned to normal over the three months of treatment (see figure). In 30 months of subsequent follow-up, the patient remained clinically and biochemically eugonadal and symptom-free on no treatment.

Well i will go with the protocol i have posted. Of course its dependant from person to person, but my trainingspartner, like i said, came off cold turkey, got positive blood labs back after 4 months being off, and just a few hours ago told me his sperm count was in normal range again. I sont think im gonna need that heavy of an approach to bounce back. Well see anyways, it would be the last resort to bump hcg/hmg up a notch but seems like its not necessary for a successful recovery.
 
What's your reason for coming off? Are you going to reset your body and go again or is this off for life?

Very hard to say, its supposed to be for life but i also wouldnt wonder if i decide to get on again, but in a healthier approach obviously. But intended to get off, get fertility back up, for children reasons mostly.
