3 hour training

I only have twice a week to get into the gym so I have to work my whole upper body once a week. I mean I am seeing really good results so far. My nutrition is good, I drink a protein shake an hour and 1/2 into my workout, and eat a sweat potato and protein shake directly after. Then go directly home and usually eat around 14-16 egg whites, fish, protein shake, 1/2 sweat potato. Does this seem right? Could this lead to over training even with really good nutrition and recovery?

I do upper body in one day and legs the other, I get it done in 1 hour if it takes you 3 you are doing too much and waisting time as well by talking and/or resting too much between sets.

You can do 60 sets with ease in 3 hours.....no way you should be doing 60 sets in one workout.

I do complete upper body in one day then 4-5 days break. I also include back just because time. I start with bench, pull ups, reverse pull-ups, seated shoulder extension, seated rows, Standing gorilla presses, dead lift, Standing barbell curls, triceps extensions (skull crushers), inclined bench, hammer curls, cable pull downs, shrugs, forearm curls, then end with flys.

*I don't talk or fool around or talk much but I usually do make sure I take at least a 1 1/2 to 2 min rest between each set

- Problem is I don't have time to split up my ruitene, do you think i'm over training? I don't feel like I am

Like I said, if it takes you 3 hours you are messing around and not training hard. No way you need to do over 30 sets for an upper day or 20 sets for a lower day, and no way 30 sets take more than 1.5 hours.

Post your exact training program in DETAIL.

Not to point fingers at anyone, BUT...

I have always found that anything more than 3-4 exercises in a workout is just plain TOO MUCH. I mean, if you work really hard on say, squats, cleans, and rows... you are just NOT GOING TO BE ABLE to do much else.

Also, its hard for me to imagine a 3 hour workout. Thats a long time, it seems inevitable to me that work done in a marathon session like that would more resemble manual labor than training.
