I only have twice a week to get into the gym so I have to work my whole upper body once a week. I mean I am seeing really good results so far. My nutrition is good, I drink a protein shake an hour and 1/2 into my workout, and eat a sweat potato and protein shake directly after. Then go directly home and usually eat around 14-16 egg whites, fish, protein shake, 1/2 sweat potato. Does this seem right? Could this lead to over training even with really good nutrition and recovery?
