Stats:

6 foot
12% bf
6 years training

my goal is as always GET HUUUUGE



Currently running Pharmacom
Mix 4 (deca,npp,test)
Masteron (300mg)
Little bit of Halo on leg days (shit is fire)
Acutane 50mg Ed (for the back acne)
Adex .5 e3d until bloods

Got some TNe for those fun days
And some VAR to dry out last 4weeks

This will be a 16 week cycle

I'm currently on day 5 and so far pip is very minimal, area just feels tight almost no pain.

Day one (Monday) tried HALO for the first time and that was a pretty intense thing
I didn't get an insane pump, but my intensity was like nothing I've felt.... like I did a fat line and fucked a silk bag full of puppy's.


Today being day 5 I hit a milestone for me broke 320 on incline and decline bench for a 5x5. (From a 240 max) I felt like I could have added more but I didn't want to injur myself, I already heard shit cracking at that weight.

Diet has stayed the same I always eat well.
 
What dose of halo did you take?

I'm crusing with mix 4 right now at .75 a week.... What dose you taking?
And I don't do high mg gear well or test p so I've noticed some pip last few weeks
 
I'm running 600mg a week for now. The halo I just do the 10mg and that does it for me.

I'm curious as I think this is a mix of long and short esters, it says half life of 6-7 days but I feel like this should be an eod injection no?

Twice a week is ok with the npp...
 
So today was my first day back at legs I took about a 10week break too loose some mass in them.

Anyway jumping back in did not go as planned, I feel like every leg workout is killing my knees. So logically I went lighter and lighter until it would stop. Problem with that is the weight was not enough to get any kind of pump. Which is very demotivating during a workout.


Hopefully my form is just off....I guess we'll see.

Pinned Pharmacom's test base and didn't really get anything compared to what I normally feel from other brands. Slightly disappointed. I'll try it again on back day and see if it's any better.

Workouts have been good making steady progress, that being said it's hard to stay motivated when I'm hanging on to all this water weight.
I'm up about 6lbs but I'm looking more bloated than my last deca run. Which I hope means this mix is better?

Wishing I could pop my var now but I guess I should stick to my plan to keep the ole liver healthy

Anyway I have a full day to train today and I think I'm ballsy enough to do a TNE, halo as my pre workout.

Pretty disappointed with my workout today not really as explosive as I was hoping. I was weak on everything.
 
Coming up on week four and doing good, starting to notice veins in my midsection. thinking of throwing in some t3 for a couple weeks to burn off some lower belly fat? Anyone thoughts on this are welcome

It's ok, I actually had my first bad experience when trying to add additional deca to the mix 4 along with the mix m (mast) it felt like fire in both legs Too much concentration in one site.
 
Woke up today looking pretty shredded the t3 worked well after only a weeks use. Been smashing all kinds of pr's in the gym this week feel like a fucking beast!
 
Tried the mix 5 from Pharmacom the other day and was pretty impressed don't think I'll continually purchase it. Great pump however no real intesity with it. I feel like that's most important for me.

Had to switch to glute pins from thighs and the pain is well...painful haha. I can't sit at all. I'm finding my self with a smaller appetite lately tho. I can't finish meals that I would normally would even off cycle. I would think with the deca id be a lot more hungry....
 
Can't really tell, been taking it at .5 mg eod and haven't noticed any estro sides. I'm eary to say it works until I see bloods. I always have Pharmagrade on hand just in case so I'll know for sure in another 4 weeks
 
Pip like a mother fucker this week switched to 5/8 needles for my quad to see if it was do able worked once but the second time I have the worst pip ever.
 
Noticed lately every two weeks and always on a Friday I come down with flu like symptoms, it's keeping me from the gym and I can't keep anything down. Always the day after my Thursday pin.
 
Running the var last couple weeks at 40mg in the morning with 50mg of injectable winny at night before workouts.

I've taken a week off from the gym do to some bullllllllshit and I'm still getting more and more cut.

My shoulders are rounding out the way I want them and I'm finally starting to discover better and better how to eat while on cycle. Especially with deca my apatite is insane. Nothing like waking up at 3am and painfully starving. I always thought when dedicated lifters complain about not eating every two hours that it was a joke, but I now know how serious it is. This is probably where roid rage came from....hungry body builders.
