I am planning on taking my third cycle in about 6-8 weeks and want to run it by some of you guys first. My stats are 6'1'' 220 and about 12 % bodyfat....i was thinking about leaning out some for the summer but said screw it and just want to pack on some quality muscle that i will keep a lot of, but try to stay around the same BF%. I cant decide on 10 or 12 wks but here is what i am thinking:
Wk 1-10 500mg test enth/wk (250 2x/wk)
wk 1-10 400mg EQ/wk
wk 1-4 25mg Dbol/ED
PCT: clomid and nolva (will have on hand throughout)
*I am also thinking about throwing in winny at 25mg/ED for the last 6 weeks to push some xtra water out and give me a little harder and vascular look but i know EQ has a similar effect so is this necessary? (I would really like to try it out) And i know some people are against a bulking and cutting cycle at once but i plan on eating AT LEAST 5,000 cal/ED but keeping it very clean to gain mostly muscle weight and gain as little fat as possible
Please make any corrections you feel necessary as i am open to all suggestions and obviously want to do this in the safest/most effective way possible.Thanks in advance.
