3rd Cycle Question

Whats up bros,
I've got a question about an up and coming cyle that I want to try out. First off, I'm 24yrs old, 195lbs at 5'10'', with about 7% body fat. I usually lift 4-5 days a week and I try to hit each body part once during that week. I usually perform all of my cardio playing pickup ball, which usually is 3-4 times a week at 1.5-2hours each session. I know that is prolly a bit of an overkill with cardio, while still trying to add muscle mass, but it definitely helps to keep my bodyfat down and my abs on point. I try to compensate by eating more calories on those days. But anyways, I have two cycles already under my belt. First was an eight week 250mg of omnas a week(kept about 7lbs off this because I screwed up on PCT). Second was a ten week of a sust and test cyp combo, with added test prop for a kickstart and added test prop + winny as a finisher before my PCT(I kept about 15lbs on this one). I liked both of those, with the exception of a little bloat, acne, and some hairloss.
I want to now try EQ but I'm a little hesitant to try an EQ only cycle. Have any of you ever tried an EQ only cycle? I've seen people who have run EQ + Winny, but I'd rather not run Winny because it does a job on my hairline. I want to see how my body reacts to EQ but I don't want to waist my time without any results. I was thinking of running 250mg of EQ for 12 weeks(basically all I have to work with). I know that every cycle should include test, but I'm only looking to put on about 5-10 solid keepable pounds without any of the test sides (acne, water retention, hairloss). Will this cycle be worth my time and have any benefit to me and my goals. Let me know what you all think. Thanks for the help.

I have used alot of EQ and i will tell you that 250mg alone per week is
a waste of money and won't help you that much. I think you need min. 400mg of eq /week to notice anything and i would not run it w/out test. I think even if you ran 250mg a week of test cyp/en. it would make a difference at your stage in an eq cycle.
