3rd cycle test and npp light Gyno anyone else have this

this my third cycle. First was test only with hcg and zero Gyno or nipple sensitivity. 2nd cycle was test at I think 400 and npp at 300 with hcg, got sensitivity and developed a lump under each nipple and freaked out lol. Got it under control with nolva and adex. This time around only 3 weeks into test 600mg (I’ll be adding npp at 450mg today) nipple sensitivity and lump came in RUNNING. Hadn’t started taking adds yet because it was too soon. Guess once it pops up in a cycle it’ll always be there ‍. Anyways started taking .25 adex eod and 10mg nolva daily. And so far got it under control. Anyone else have similar experiences ? How’d you get it under control?

Nolva or lowish test with a dht. I haven't been able to run high test and an ai and keep gyno at bay. I've crashed my e2 with an air and still developed gyno. Nolvas the only thing that's full proof for me.

How much do you take? Shit sucks only 3 wks in. But fuck it love how I’m looking so far.

10mg as a preventative works for me. If gynos already set in I run it at 20 for awhile. Yeah I've fully reversed it a couple times so far... This last time I thought it would never go away but it did.

I’m probably gonna bump up to 20 and see if I can get lumps to disappear. My worry is that... I don’t want to crash e2.

You can't crash e2 with nolva. It's site specific, it doesn't effect your circulating estrogen levels. It'll block breast tissue from absorbing it though.

It takes awhile to get it to reverse, like months and months. Just stick with it.

Hey man. This cycles been a bit different for sure. I’ve had to up ai to .25 ed and 20mg daily of nolva. Crazy but I got 2 pretty decent sized lumps one under each nipple. It’s not getting worse anymore but the sensitivity still there if I get hit even gently on one ( I’m surprised how often one is slightly hot in the nipple lol)

Nolva takes a long time to reverse gyno. Like six months or so sometimes. As long as the nolva is legit I'd advise you to just stick with it.

Get all my pct and stuff from pharmacist so it should be good. Currently on 450 npp and 500 test e. I’ll stick to this dose of nolva hopefully sensitivity goes away soon. May take .5 ai tomorrow just to slow that down a bit ... just not trying to crash e2 or waste meds.

Any truth to nolva, adex causing problems be run together?

Bumping up adex wont help it once it flares. Get on letro fast. 2.5 a day for 7 days then back it down. Just went through same thing

Tamoxifen can accelerate the clearance time of anastrozole and letrozole.

Would you recommend running 10mg of tamox, while at the same time running adex, while only during 2 week runs of dbol, being that I’ve had gyno flare up, with dbol the first time?

If you’ve had gyno before, talking about an actual lump not itchy/sensitive nips then it would help prevent another. If you were to take tamoxifen and an AI I would take exemestane since there aren’t any interactions. I started taking 10mg tamoxifen a few days ago, but for a completely different reason and no issues using it with exemestane.
