4 BRUTALLY HONEST Ways to GET INTO SHAPE- a love story:

6-10 meals including shakes and snacks. I pack four full meals to work, one for each break. Sometimes its hard eating a meal every two hours, yes. I also pack a greek yogurt and protein bars. And I do 2-3 shakes a day. My first shake a 1300 calorie shake, with whey isolate, pb, banana, milk, coconut oil and ten raw egg whites. That really helps you jump start on your caloric intake. And in all seriousness, I keep a jar of PB in my locker with a spoon. So I'll drive around in my lift eating pb and granola bars- another quick 300+ cals. Its not has hard as one might think.

...and I smoke most my meat, on the weekends. 10-15 lbs at a time!

Looks good, really good. What's your setup? A big ol' trailer type smoker/grill combo? I'd like one of those.

Lol I just have a Traeger pellet smoker. One of the medium sized. It does the job. And my girl she smokes the other meat on call!

Fuck, tell me about it. It was cold as fuck at work last night, here.in Oregon. Froze my ass of in that mill.
I am in the Northeast and almost as cold too. Can't wait till spring comes!

At least you got the physical activity to keep you warm to a degree.
 
Honestly I really like this because that is where I'm at right now trying to get over my STBX hsuband. Except I've been in the gym for a long time now. All my gym friends make me feel better tho and that is awesome. I'm just lifting for me and no one else and I am looking better every day! A break up can REALLY screw up your training initially but then it gets better.
