6-10 meals including shakes and snacks. I pack four full meals to work, one for each break. Sometimes its hard eating a meal every two hours, yes. I also pack a greek yogurt and protein bars. And I do 2-3 shakes a day. My first shake a 1300 calorie shake, with whey isolate, pb, banana, milk, coconut oil and ten raw egg whites. That really helps you jump start on your caloric intake. And in all seriousness, I keep a jar of PB in my locker with a spoon. So I'll drive around in my lift eating pb and granola bars- another quick 300+ cals. Its not has hard as one might think.
