4 week progress - Test Cyp 500mg/wk

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I just finished week 4 of a 12 week cycle.

Started at 175lbs, currently at 188lbs.

Eating 6 meals a day - 40g P, 50g C, 15g F per

500mg/ Test Cyp
500iu HCG/week

Just started Arimidex 0.5mg today - will be taking it EOD

Been working with a trainer, but I'm not impressed with my results so far (maybe I had wrong expectations?) Would love to hear some of your thoughts!

You might consider dropping your trainer and hiring @atlas physiques instead.

They have a promo going on right now brother.... those guys can get you where u want to go man.
 
Slow and steady, hombre. 4 weeks is about standard build up time for long esters like Cyp.

From here on out, hit the weights, the dinner plate and the pillow with everything you got.
 
4 weeks and you're up 13lbs...yet not impressed with your results? That is HUGE. test doesn't really kick in until about now. If you net 10-15lbs after the cycle and pct is done, that is extremely good. A lot of people think you'll gain tremendous muscle in one cycle and that's not the case

This is what I needed to hear - thank you guys both for the positive replies and support. As it is my first cycle, it's a big learning experience for me too, so gotta rely on the vets!
