Advice - First Cycle at 41

Who I am:
Age: 41, Gender: Male
Weight: 202, Height: 5'10.

Back story:
I recently lost 80 pounds between April 1, 2025, and today. I used a combination of GLP-1 and working my ass off at the gym. After I lost that much weight, I stopped the GLP-1.

Currently:
I am trying to lose the remaining weight using Reta and maintaining a caloric deficit. I am also trying to maintain the muscle mass that I have gained and continue to be successful in the gym. I started Test-Cyp via GameDay Men's Health 3 months ago, and it was definitely a game-changer.

Current Medications/Doses:

Starting Anavar next week.

Here is what's going on:
I am dealing with golf elbow in my right arm. I strained it during a lift, and it has been a struggle to overcome. I need advice on how to recover from this quickly also any advice on how to maintain my lean mass while cutting would be great.

Get bloodwork before any gear you take to know what your natural baseline is.
If you want to take gear, start low, build your way up slowly, get bloodwork as often as you can. Keep working hard, do not get lazy with nutrition, cardio and training. Monitor blood pressure and fasted blood glucose.

My advice would be to not use Anavar or any other oral without injecting test, that's your base for everything. After 6-8 weeks on test you can start upping the dosage of test or add a second compound if there are no side effects and/or if progress stalls.

Congrats on the weight loss but keep going. Run your trt levels of test since that ship has already sailed but get down to 10-12% bf. Your body will respond much better to a blast and you won't have additional high BP, high LDL, high aromatize enzymes etc. from being Fatty McAss.
