40 year old looking for advise sum/cycle

Hey guys, I/m looking for input on fine tuning my next cycle. I/m 40 5'10 currently 200 lbs. My last cycle ended the beggining of March and I was 227 lbs. I have been dieting since the end of my cycle and I/m 5 lbs away from my goal of 195 lbs with a 31 waist. If I had the balls I think I could compete in a show. Anyway my next cycle will be my 5th in 4 years and here is what I/m planning.

Weeks 1-14or16 Iranian test enanthate 500 or 750mgs
Weeks 1-9 QV anavar 40 mgs a day
Weeks 1-10 Golden Triangle Tren E 500 mgs
Weeks 11-14-16 Zambon winstrol 50 mgs per day
Weeks 1-14or16 .50mgs arimidex a day
I have plenty of HCG, Clomid and Nolvadex on hand.

My goal is to continue to stay hard, eating high quality protein and low to moderate clean carbs. Cardio will continue at a minimum of 5 times a week.
The questions I have are based on the desired mgs I should take to be successful. Last summer I took a combined total of over 2000 mgs a week,
I got big and strong but the overall quality was just OK. My usual test doseage
since my beg cycle has been between 650-1000 mgs a week. Would 500 be to low for me now. I/m leaning towards 750 mgs. I have never used anavar before, I have seen threads that it should be run for longer than I/m planning. I used tren acetate at 100 mgs per day last summer for 12 weeks with no problems and winstrol at the amounts listed.
Please let me know what you think about what I have plannned. I have 3 weeks to fine tune this cycle. All comment will be greatly appreciated.

Yo, Yo, Cycle looks good, but my qustion is are you just trying to get more cut? Or do you want to add some muscle? I know this a matter of taste, but at 5'10" I'd want to add some size first. Pehaps size in the first part of your cycle, and cuts later? If so that's WAY too much cardio to allow you to produce much muscle.
Anyway looks good llet us know.

Welcome to the 40 and over club. I'm 42.
First thing is I'd ask why are you cutting without gear. I did that once a few yrs back and even though I got ripped I lost alot of muscle. At the moment I'm on a long cycle that started out as a lean bulker(1st 10wks) then into a cutter( last10 ) or so, I don't know when i might stop. And I'm getting very lean but I've maintained most of my size. were about the same size BTW. During my first 10 wks I gained about 8-10lbs while losing BF, no cardio. now I'm down to 188lbs I added tren ace to my cycle about 2wks ago and my weight has stayed the same but my BF is def. going down. I do 50 min cardio on off days and 20min after workout. As far as you gear it looks good, I might add the tren the final 10 wks and maybe some d-bol or something to kickstart your cycle..................11
 
Thanks for the fast response guys. To be honest this is the first time in four years that I have dieted without gear. Yes I have lost some muscle size and strength but overall it wasn't that bad. My energy level is through the roof.
While on I/m usually sluggish. Maybe 5 times per week of cardio will be to much, I will adjust as needed.
Overall, yes I want to put on more muscle and get stronger but I don"t want to bloat up and lose the vascular apperance. If you think I need to frontload
I would consider propinate over D-bol. I used this last cycle for only 5 weeks at 40 mgs per day and at the end of 5 weeks it was hard to tie my shoes. My stomach felt and appeared full of to much water.
Going back to doseages, do you think I should stick with the 750 mgs of test
and does anyone else feel I should run the tren enathate for the last 10 weeks of my cycle and not the first 10 weeks. Would anyone else frontload or up the anavar to 50 mgs per day and run it longer?

I'm pushin 40 myself bro and been in the iron game around 20 years.i would def. keep the test. at 750 if not 1gram because of your previous doses.as far as the anavar is concerned,i would'nt expect much from it.i would run the tren the last 10 weeks because by that time you should know by how you look wether to tweak your diet or not. the tren will def.put you where you need to be.if you run some letro. you will stay lean throughout your cycle,that shit will keep you shredded but it may effect your sex drive, if it does just run nolva throughout.....
 
My aching joints,,,At those doses for that length of time your collagen synthesis is going to look like a sponge,,,Cut the winny out and sub more anavar,,,Maybe half the dose of Test and make up with Deca or Equi,,,VDC
