I am 41 years old. I have worked out off and on ever since college. At the beginning of summer i weighed 195lbs and am curently 170lbs. I look good in long pants and a shirt but very soft and loose in just shorts. I want to gain some mass and look solid. I dont really care about gettng huge or very strong. I just want to look cut and full! I figure at my age I should have realistic goals. I have never taking anything other than protein shakes and crietin(spelling sux). I would like some help on a good cycle for what I am looking for. Getting supplies is no problem. I have the means. Thanks for your help!
