45 minutes to an hour? Or 3-4 hours?

Which amount of training do you guys believe in? I definitely am a believer in long training sessions like the old school bodybuildiers used to do.

I'm somewhere in the middle. My comp lifts days take 2 and sometimes 2 1/2 hours. My accessory days are taking about 60-90 minutes. Four training days a week.

Same, I just don't have the time after work to do that and still be able to eat, shower, get laid and get to bed at a decent time so I can get up at 5:45am without feeling like death.
ah see that's where you are going wrong! Sleep! All ya gotta do is have insomnia and then add tren into the mix and get super trensomnia you'll have all the time in the world but your girl will get frusterated getting poked 3x a night at weird hours :D

I can't function on less than seven hours. I got less than six last night and feel like death today. My sleep is very important to me, not giving it up for anything.

I typically train 1.10hrs max. However, it depends on the exercise and style of training. On arms day, i do supersets, so 6 exercises in total takes just about 40mins. Shoulders/traps usually takes about 40mins too. Also, if machines dominate my workout that day, then due to my not having to walk back and fort to the weight rack, my workout will take less than an hour.

1.5 hours seems to be my sweet spot. I start to get a little flat and lose blood flow around 2. But I still find myself training two hours for my lagging back anyway lol

1 hour twice per day on cycle, 7 days per week. It's about priorities: less sleep, less time with family and friends, less time in the pub, more focus on gym time

Now though, it's one hour per day, typically 6 days per week. More accessories now, even started OHP (!)

If someone is new, they don't know how to train hard. They don't know what it feels like to train like that. New guys should hit each body part 2-3 times a week to start. There is very little risk of overtraining since you don't know how to train. Hang around and soak up the knowledge and you will.

I'm at about 1-1.5 hours typically.... And when at the end of workout - I know it- cause everything in that bitch is heavy as Fck-- I'm done....

Every day is heavy but Now on rare HEAVY AZZ FUCK DAYS where I'm trying to squeeze every rep I can out with heavy weight and 4-5 minutes of rest minimum between sets.... Can take 2-3 hours

Around 1.5-2 hours here, but that's with 5-minute rests between sets. 7-9 sets total, but with plenty of warm up for each workout.

1-1 hr and 15 min. I can't lift reasonable weight when I am done. No point in lifting longer if you are going to do 10 lbs. So I stretch for 20 min. Which is the best. 1 minute rest time.2-3 body parts per session.
