There's no way to know how much your total T will go up per mg of test. You might be able to find an average online, but it varies widely. I've seen trt anywhere from about 70 mg a week to over 200 mg to achieve a similar total T level. When starting I would suggest being conservative and I would go with the 100 to 120ish range then go from there.Ok thanks for the info, know that my T was very low from what I’ve seen when you use around 200 a week it looked like it raised your T around 600 points,i know everyone body is different
Initially you really want to find your baseline dosing protocol for TRT so that can be your set point that you can always come back to. If you decide to only do trt then you're good to go and if you decide to experiment with other things in the future then you will have your set point that you can go back to.
