I think the guys have given out some very solid advice. My short time in the forum i can tell you that Mac is one of the most respected humble guy in here. Obviously his advice is very valuable.
I am only a couple years behind you in age and inly started using AAS in my 40s, and before that I was very hard on my body with decades of drug, alcohol, and tobacco abuse. I will say I have had independent bloodwork dine about 14 times in the last 15 months and as reckless as I have been in some of my aas use overall just due to fair diet and good traing my health has improved greatly from my baseline blood markers.
I said all that to say this and possibly a whole bunch of people will disagree with me. You need to find yourself a very down to earth good Healthcare provider, one that you can be honest with about what you have going on. I'm not saying they will condone what you have going on but if you find the right one like I have they will work with you on keeping your health in check. I had a major surgery 7 weeks ago and while I was down and couldn't work my dr. Help me get a good check on my health ..
Cat scan of my lungs, ekg, echo cardiogram, stress test, heart cath, sleep study. I printed out all the bloodwork (the good ones and the bad ones) and she sat down and look at them and we talked about shit.
I would be the last one to suggest what ti take as a persin deffo should not mirror what I do, but the test /primo/gh option is a good one at low dose yeat around in my opinion. In a couple years that's what I will stick to with a possible small bit of nandrolone. Shit sorry for the ramble
Peace
