Alright, check this out.
I just came from a seminar with a high ranking international BB.
Excellent info. This guy is considered one of most knowledgable BB's and is a pro Trainer to the stars.
He said two things that bothered me.
One, Any good bulker should be run about 8 months. His reason being that your body has to adjust to a new muscular set point. He says you must stay on past where you make your most gains. This way your body gets used to carrying the 20-30 new pounds of muscle around. If you come off too soon your body trys to change back to your old size. Makes sense (I don't know, maybe)
Two, He insisted that even with good PCT, you must taper off at the end of a cycle. He said suddenly stopping is too big a shock, and your body over reacts in many bad ways. (this I should have got more info on)
I don't know, what do guys think?
I'll post back with more info about the seminar later.
