4th lady cycle

Strength gains going great! Definitely noticing an improvement in cardio stamina as well. Had a solid glute/hamstring workout and didn’t find myself becoming tired as I normally am.

I am finding the increased libido a bit distracting as I am starting to feel like a teenage boy!
 
Odd choice of comparison. No disrespect intended, but didn’t you or don’t teenage girls rage in their hormones also?
Sure we did to a certain degree. However, having been a teenage girl before I can certainly tell you there was no point where I was ready to go all day everyday or constantly thinking about sex.

Can’t say I’ve ever even experienced that much libido increase on any other cycle either. Happily welcomed by myself and my partner.

Day 14: since upping my var dose to 10 mg I am definitely feeling stronger and have more stamina when lifting.

Abs are coming back, and Starting to notice some definition in my delts as well.

After ramping up those var dose I am feeling a little hungrier, but taking that as a positive as the first week I found it hard to finish dinner taking sibutramine. Keeping protein at 150 grams a day.

Keeping to a 500-600 a day calorie deficit.

Only sides to report are increased libido. No more oily skin- I assume its because here up North it’s been -20 or so for the last week
 
Week 3: day 7

Strength gains are through the roof currently. My gym sessions are killer, best I’ve had in a long time. Vascularity is starting to come out and overall appearance is getting leaner and tighter.

Noticed a bit of an increase in irritability the last few days. Other than that no sides to other sides to report.

Tomorrow I plan to introduce clen into the mix. With that I will also add a taurine supplement to prevent muscle cramping. Although, I’ve been having such great success with the var and sibutramine that if the sides of the clen are too bothersome (shakiness and insomnia) I may drop it.

Wanted to start a cycle log as there isn’t much for the ladies out there.

I will be doing 10 week cycle of Var, Subutramine and Clen.

Background: early 30s female with 6 years lifting experience. Starting at 145 lbs, 5’4” aprox 20%

Week 1: 10 mg subutramine/ 5mg anavar
Week 2: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar
Week 3: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar
Week 4: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar / 25 mcg tapered up to max 75mcg clen
Week 5: 10mg subutramine/ 15 mg anavar/ 75mcg clen
Week 6: 10mg subutramine/ 15 mg anavar
Week 7: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar
Week 8: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar / 25 mcg tapered up to max 75mcg clen
Week 9: 10 mg subutramine/ 10 mg anavar / 75mcg clen
Week 10: 10 mg subutramine/ 5mg anavar

Goal is yo shed some fat and see what kind of muscle I put on during the bulking season.

Today is Day 7: right away I noticed a huge difference when taking the sibutramine, it totally annihilated my appetite.

Only real sides to the var noted as of yet is increased libido and just feeling better.
