Well I guess I'd add in that if it was legal I'd probably have done 4 cycles by now and if it was legal I'd use
1-16 test e 750mg ew
1-12or14 tren e 600mg ew
1-14 mast e 600mg ew
1-4 anavar 60mg Ed
2 weeks of halo at 40mg Ed leading into the meet
Probably 150mg TNE and 60mg halo day of meet, ya know if it was legal of course;)



Well I could actually compete in the 181 weight class but then I wouldn't be able to go toe to toe with rob on the platform

Of course my cycle is only hypothetical as well. Looks like I'm only going toe to toe with my state records. Hopefully some beast doesn't show up with the same idea I have. Unlikely though with how far I'm travelling.

Weight was 218lbs today, up four pounds since Sunday and diet hasn't changed. Maybe water weight from the prop?

Anyway, awful way to start my first session in this log, but I had to tap out on this workout. My hip hurts worse than it ever has in my life. The squats were agony, then when I got to press every rep hurt and I skipped the third set. Even bench was shooting pain up my hip every rep. Called it after that. May just take the next couple sessions off of lower body and do a lot of stretches at the gym and at home. I don't know yet, I'm headed home to take some Aleve. I think it's just due to being so busy this weekend, going to the two concerts and standing for hours, not stretchIng at all before or after my weekend sessions because of time and recently switching back to sumo deadlift. Should be good to go after a little rest, just a minor setback.

Hip pain may be from biking?? Is your seat at the right height?

Nah, I think it's from wide stance squats and sumo deadlift. I got this off and on in a minor way for over a year. It's always been a dull ache and never affected my workouts, now it's agonizing. Might be better off sticking with conventional deadlift. We'll see after a few days. Like I said, I think the concerts and being busy at home and work made it worse.

My right hip makes a clicking noise, it has me a little worried for the future.
 
Today's workout:
10mins incline walk
Bicep and tricep SS work
Hammer curls/ triceps extension
Cable curls/ double rope pushdown
Preacher curl/ v bar pushdown
Bicep curl rack run 40lb-5lb / skull crushers ez bar rack run 95lb-25lb
Planks/ decline sit-ups/ leg raises/ mason twists/ crunches/ plank
Long stretch and then used my pulse massager on all major muscle groups for 15mins a piece total of 2 hours getting zapped and iced my shoulder to aid its recovery.
 
Well tonight was a fucken bust. I did my first round of DLs no issues. Smashed bench. The second rep of the last set of DL for the night my hamstring popped literally popped. No bruising yet which is good. I can bend and move and walk normal just hurts. I'm gonna cut all leg movements this week and see where I'm at this weekend. If I need longer I'll take it and just redo the week. Better to happen now than closer to the meet I suppose.

It's the name of the game though in a way. We spend all this time pushing limits. Sometimes they get stretched a little. I don't think mine is anything to serious. The pop scared me more than actually caused pain. Gonna be popping 800mg ibuprofens every 4-6 hours and elevate and ice 15 on 15 off. It did swell a little but back to normal now. Hopefully be good by next week

I don't think mine is either. I may take some time off lower body this week, too.
 
Yeah, I'll do something. I've been doing a lot of hip based movements lately, maybe it's just overuse. Might drop them before I drop sumo. Or drop sumo and keep them. Too early to decide.

I just want to make sure I'm good and healed before I start back. I don't need to really jack something up
