5 week 500mg test C bloodwork

These are my numbers after 5 weeks into first cycle which is 500mg test C. Was hoping to run for 13 more weeks or so. Blood was drawn Saturday morning, my previous injection was Wednesday morning. Donated double red about two months ago. Was curious if platelet numbers should be a concern and opinions on if I should keep going with the blast.

These were the only categories that were out of range.

I would imagine you are experiencing some high estrogen issues and likely need an AI. I do not believe in letting estrodial run too high even if symptoms do not present themselves.

Were you hydrated before blood was taken? What time did you wake up and what time did you have your blood drawn? And how much water did you consume between when you woke up and when you had the blood taken? More often then not people have platelets and hematocrit skewed by not being suffienciently hydrated, especially with only using exogenous testosterone and no other compounds.

Your lipids are not out of this world bad but definitly not ideal and I would never let them get that skewed personally. If you are concerned you can likely fix this by adjusting your diet and worse case scenario deploying ezetimibe before looking at statin therapy.

Just my two cents looking from experience reading and interpreting blood work.

Regarding your crit, platelets and WBC.

what time did you get your blood drawn?

how much water did you have to drink between waking and when you had your blood drawn?

E2 sides?

What is your diet look like? What kind of fats are you eating and how much? How much fiber are you getting daily?

How much cardio per week and what kind?

How much water and other fluids are you drinking per day?

Had about a liter and a half of water before test. Drawn about 10:00am and had only had water and black coffee. I take .5 arimidex twice a week. When my pcp started me on TRT my estradiol got to 200 and they refused to give me an ai, but I haven’t had any e2 side effects that I can tell. Changed to an online clinic when dr thought 200 e2 was ok.

About 10:00am. I can’t remember for certain how much water but it was a minimum liter and a half. I always drink one liter of water when I first wake up in the morning.

none that I can pinpoint. On .5mg twice per week of arimidex.

Admittedly high in animal fat and dairy. Try to focus on Whole Foods and avoid flour and sugar. Not enough fiber at time of draw have added psyllium husk twice per day since.

No real cardio at time of draw. Since I’ve added a 10 minute elliptical warm up prior to lifting, and 30 minutes of stair climber after lifting except on leg day. So I do that cardio 4 days per week now but not at time of draw.

Water is a minimum gallon and a half. Other than that have black coffee, unsweet tea and some 2% milk mixed with my whey.

Pretty sure I’m going to just lower my dose and abandon the experiment. Just wanted to add some noticeable size, but I should be able to do that at least a little bit on a TRT dose.

Dry drinking atleast 2 liters to a gallon (preferred) before getting them drawn again.

Is your body fat very high? If so that may explain why you aromatize so much estrogen.

I don’t think you need to abandon your cycle over these numbers at all. Unless there are some other stuff your not feeling.

Yeah my body fat is too high. Not sure on % but I’m 6 foot and 240. It’s embarrassing to say but 5 years ago I weighed 460 pounds. I lost about 150 pounds through cleaning up my diet and dealing with my depression, and lifting. I lost the other 70 by getting on tirzepatide last year and it kept me locked in on my diet.

So I have a ton of excess skin. My doctor started me on TRT and for the first time in my life I was getting compliments on the size of my arms and shoulders. Running my business I’ll never have time for the recovery that skin removal surgery takes. But with clothes on no one can tell I have it and I honestly just wanted to add some lean mass to fill out my shirts a little better.

It’s probably stupid that I’m even trying, my bodies been through enough and I should just try to stick with doing things as healthy as possible.

Today I dropped back down to 75mg twice a week instead of 250mg.
