Hello to all.
New to this forum but I've visited the site many times for info. Basically, I'm 51 years old and looking to get myself back in shape after a recent knee operation. The last time I did a cycle was a little over a year ago and I took 1000mg Sustanon for 10 weeks. Felt amazing but the pct was terrible. Been doing a lot of research since then and I really like what I've been reading about short cycles. I'm not looking to get huge, just lean out, get stronger and harder. I had my test levels checked not too long ago and the results were: testosterone: 24.5 nmol/L, SHBG: 72.6 nmol/L and Bioavailable test: 7.3 nmol/L. I've been told that they are kind of low but my doctor feels that they are well withing the normal limit and closer to the upper level. Also, because of my genetic predisposition to cancer, on my mom's side, my doctor is hesitant to put me on TRT. Don't really want to change doctors and I'm ok with not going on TRT, for now, so this is what I'm thinking of doing.
2 weeks of:
Test Prop 100mg EOD with
Masteron Prop 150mg EOD and HCG 500ui every 3rd day to keep shrinkage down.
For PCT:
Start Clomid 200mg on day 16, 100mg for a week and 50mg for a week then start all over.
I's like to run this 4 times then 2 more times with 4 weeks off then stop for a while.
Any ideas, thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
My workout routine is at least 5 days with 3 focusing on weights and 2 focusing on mobility, abs and cardio.
Blood work has been really good, even when I was on Sust, except that my BP is a little high. I find that cardio work really helps lower it for me.
