Tennessee Woman Arrested for Fake Weight Loss Drugs

So she bought from some of the same ch y na sources here and some other “dealer” got mad that she was undercutting their prices haha basically how it goes…

Someone explain to me how it works in the US?

You say it's not for human use and it's all good?

If it's carried off perfectly, it can work.

However, one slip, like answering an email about what dose to use, and that's enough evidence it's being sold for human use, and "Introducing new drug into interstate commerce" charges can (and have been) brought. Usually a warning letter is enough to get them shut down.

Peptide Science has been pulling this off successfully for years. They don't sell BAC, Ask them any questions about how to use one of their peptides, and you're banned for life, order cancelled, no refund.

Through these methods they've been able to operate as a completely "legit" business openly, taking credit cards for a very long time.

Keep in mind, any chemical that's not a controlled substance can be bought and possessed legally, It's only when "intended" for human use does it become a pharmaceutical. Sigma Aldrich and all the other lab supply companies will sell you any active ingredient chem that's not controlled.
