I am looking at doing a 5x5 style during this cycle anyone got any good ones, most I've found don't do enough days for me, I like 6 days a week.
I train at home I have-
Power rack
Lat /low pulley
Barbell 7ft
Dumbell
Curl bar
Dip station

Any help appreciated

I've been doing this routine (it's called Korte) and it is one of the best training routines I've ever tried. Just don't think there's not enough volume - you will see the good results mostly because you won't be over-trained, like it often happens during other classic splits, etc.

I do:

Monday:

6x6 standing delt press (u should do bench-press, i don't do it as i have too big chest compared to other muscle parts)
6x6 squat
6x6 Romanian deadlift

other: 3x10 biceps curls, 3x10 french press, 3x20 standing calf raises, 3x12 lifting legs while hanging on the pull up bar

Wednesday:

5x5 standing delt press
5x5 squat
5x5 Romanian deadlift

other: the same as on Monday

Friday:

the same, but except Romanian deadlifts I do split squats.

Sorry for english, i'm from Slovakia.

Do u not have access to a gym or do you train at home due to time constraint or for convenience?

You can do 5x5 if your goal is more strength/performance than hypertrophy/aesthetics. If you are bodybuilding, I would heed the advice of those above and do high volume at sub maximal loads 60-70%. With 5x5 you will get into maximal loads ie 90%+ of 1rm.

All depends on what you want.

Dude when on cycle higher volume is key, the pumps are much more prominent and the results are better. I personally use the 5x5 when I'm off cycle to keep strength up.
