600mg Test E Bulk Cycle Advice

Hey guys, 27 years old, 5'6 3/4"
176lbs
14% body fat
fat mass: 24.8lbs
ffm: 150.41lbs
tbw: 110.01lbs

This is my third cycle:
500mg test e (was 210lbs after this cycle)
600mg test e + 600mg eq (was 230 20% body fat at the end, took time off shrunk down)
600mg test e (current cycle) aiming to stay leaner this time around

Cycle goals: I'm looking to put on as much mass as possible with minimal fat gain. I'm looking to get up into the lean 220-240's and then shred at the end. I would like to keep what ab lines I have now and possibly lean out but the focus is growth.

Current diet:
3600 calories
250 complete protein
50 incomplete protein
500g carbs (50g of this fructose from oj)
45-55g fats
6 meals every 2-3 hours
each meal is 50p 100c 8-10f, pre and post workout have 25p

Weight Split
Back / side + rear debts
Chest / abs
Hamstrings
Shoulders (not really trying to grow my front delts at this time)
Arms
Quads / calves
OFF if needed otherwise head into back again

I'm also listening to my body and taking days off if I'm still sore. Rep ranges are a mix of 8-12 reps minimum 60-80% strength and 25-50 or failure at 30-50% strength

Drug outline
300mg test e monday
300mg test e thursday
alternating left glute, right glute, left quad, right quad
aromasin on hand (I'm def sensitive to low doses of test with E)

The gameplan is to maintain a stable weight with calories and bring up the carbs as the scale starts to drop. Any advice on anything especially diet would be awesome. Thanks in advance guys!
 
I think everything looks good except the reps. My only concern is that in order to handle weight for 8-12 reps, you can't lift heavy. I have never seen anyone get big lifting small even with PEDs.I think 3-5 rep range for your heavy lifts would give you better results.
 
Yea .. 5'7" in nikes, but saying 5'7" based on that just feels like a lie, and saying 5'6" hurts lol

I've had good luck with superdrol for lean bulking. If you can tolerate it, you can put on some quality muscle mass very quickly. You could always try starting your cycle with 4 weeks of that at 20mg ED. It works really well while the test builds in your system. Great strength increases, no water weight and it doesn't aromatize (since you said that you're sensitive to aromatization).

Unfortunately, some people don't tolerate it very well. Also, you have to drink water like mad or you will feel like hot garbage.

If I had any I would probably try it out. For now I have enough test e and aromasin to run for 3 months. I'm def sensitive to estrogen. I developed a tiny bit of tissue under my left nip on a 250mg run of test e. There was no sensitivity, but I should have paid closer attention to the water retention under my skin.

Day 3 into this cycle and I've put on 6lbs eating at maintenance. It has to be RBC, WBC and water? Maybe the steroids themselves multiplying through cells is adding weight? I can def see excess water around my mid section. I'm losing slight bits of definition around my obliques and the bits of fat I have around my sides seem to be extra puffy. Tonight is my 2nd pin. Tomorrow or the following day I'll try 6mg aromasin and see how I feel. I def crashed E levels with 12mg on day 2 (already being on a steady 300mg for weeks).

I was encouraged to focus on growth, pay close attention to the scale and worry about shredding at the end. I guess with the right protocols fat loss is very easy. It's above my understanding for now though lol
