My chest has been really sore, right side more than the left. I was a little freaked out, thought I may have torn something. I'm pretty sure if that was the case I wouldn't be able to do shit and it would a different pain. Never torn a muscle, hope it stays that way. Also, I keep having some intense muscle cramps. Don't see how I could be dehydrated, easily take in over 2 gals of fluids a day.

Good workout overall. I only had about 3hrs of sleep. I was busy outside most of the day yesterday, but still had problems falling asleep. Just now realized that my lats are pretty fucking sore too. Shit I hope my legs don't start cramping, I'm gonna go buy some kinda electrolytes supplement at GNC today, see if that helps.

Ive been using the pedialyte packets lately. Good for helping with / preventing dehydration and very little sugar or add ons.

If youre having bad cramps try supplementing with taurine or potassium i use taurine when on clenbuterol and never cramp taking 4mg a day. Or you could eat more bananas and oranges for potassium or supplement with tabs at 200-400mg a day

I will definitely pick up some taurine and potassium, anything to help. The last two days of cramps have been ridiculous. Thank you for your time and reply.
 
I used to work there....fuck its been almost 20yrs ago. It was a pretty good part-time job at the time....in a shopping mall, pussy everywhere.

It seems like a great place to work. Horrible place to shop. Now days they mark up everything like crazy, then try to sell their gold cards. But their gold card prices are still higher than everywhere else I go regular prices. They try to make it seem like youre getting a deal. It sucks because its the only place to shop when Im overseas. Unless I order online. But then you have to notice when youre out of protein a couple weeks early.
I'll stop ranting though.
Also your log is looking real good. Im thinking of doing my first log later this year for a cycle / beggining powerlifter. But the detail in here is hard to beat.

GNC is one of my least favorite places. I avoid it whenever I can.
I just look at that place like a bunch of crooks IDK why but its just the way i feel when i walk in there. I could tell them exactly what I need and theyll still try to sell me some other bullshit.

You probably dont necessarily need the taurine since youre not on clen, Clen depletes taurine stores in the liver which is why I supplement when on clen although I do take it daily when im not running clen but only 1-2mg instead of 4-5mg

I could have waited a little longer to start a log. Got to know more people and them to know me. I'm really a pretty quiet person. Beginning powerlifting would be a good log to start. What's your cycle look like?

Keeping it simple. 300mg Cyp 2x E3D for 14 weeks. Havent decided of im going to kick start with an oral. Probably not. I have some some dbol, sdrol, and winny. But Im more focused on moving over from "bodybuilding" to powerlifting. After all these years I need something new to keep my interest up.

If it helps I'm getting them. I would probably drop kick my cat and punch my grandma in the face to make the cramps stop. Lol

Sounds good, I'm sudd'd. Idk if winny would be a good choice for pl. I used it long time ago and my elbows, shoulders, and knees hurt all the time. I think deca and test are good for pl and of course tren. It a good idea to try something new...keeps you excited and hungry.

I dont know if Im ready for tren yet. Truthfully Im a little intimidated. But this will only be my 3rd cycle. 1st was Cyp at 250 e3d and 2nd was Prop and dmz. So Im still fairly new.

Yeah there's a lot compounds you could try before tren. No need to rush if you're not ready.
 
This morning workout was arms. After a good warm up and a few stretches my chest felt good enough to do close grip. 225 felt pretty light, but I didn't get crazy. Just worked on controlled reps with no bounce off my chest. Elbow is a little sore, but I live.

Killer workout. I always feel like I never do enough. My intensity is there, it always is, but some reason the volume is never enough....I've got problems, I know.

I'm still feeling good, no recent headaches, little bit of elbow pain, and some fatigue, but not concerning levels. No cramps today. I mixed Gatorade with some Pedialyte (bottled) used as an intra workout drink, worked well. Thanks @jaymaximus

I think i underestimate the effects of dehydration as I get pwo cramps often too. The worst ones are in the chest and legs. I think I drink enough water but obviously not the case.

I some times think it may be a cause and effect from failure training as I often do. I wonder if it is from the painfully tight contractions. Either way I prefer gatorade immediately pwo along with my shake and water intake. Also I use emergen c which also has electrolytes in the mix
 
Got me a compliment this morning at the gym. This chick that used to come in there last fall told me my arms are huge. I said thanks for noticing, but it was a little awkward bc her old man was right there. For some reason I always get the married ones.

Today's workout was trap bar deads, shoulders, and forearms. PR'ed trap bar deads 405 for 3 and 4. I felt it in my lower back though, form sucks, shoulder roll forward, and I have a hard time driving my heels into the floor. Feels ok right now, hope it stays like that.

Good workout. Solid pumps. My whole body is sore, taking tomorrow off as usual. I could use two days off, but I don't see it happening.

For the most part I feel great. My aggression is thru the roof, but I'm keeping it under control. Elbow is still a little fucked up, kinda feels like pin pricks sometimes, but not all the time, if that make any sense. And I got a random bruise that showed up on the inside of my arm next to my elbow.

I hate asking for a spot. It does make a big difference if I can get a lift off, mentally and physically. I don't think a lift off is a bad, you use a lot of energy getting a bar in place. So, why not ask for a lift off if you have a spotter?? With that said I hit 315 for 5 and 4-1/2 (got it half way, spotter helped) on bench press this morning. Then I dropped down to 275 only got 6 and 5, no spotter. Both weights felt good and I probably could/should have squeezed out another rep on my 2nd set of 275. I know if I had a spotter I could've done it. But, I wasn't gonna ask the dude for another spot.

Another awesome workout in the books!! It was a little pissed to only get 6 and 5 @ 275, but like I said no spotter makes a difference. And even though the kid that spotted me with 315 is a douche, he did a good job. Elbow is still a little sore, but no sharp pin pricks, so I can live with that.

I do feel like I starting to tighten up now and I'm lovin' tren.:D
