8 week transformation any tips or comments? Just got into this.

500 test 200 deca really didn’t go to deep in macros just always made sure I got 1.5 g of protien per lb of body weight. Started at 185 currently at 215.
You'd have made way more progress if you tracked your macros consistently. The right word would be, you'd have made better progress.
8 weeks on deca...maybe a little short to assess the results. But you do you brother.

I can see that you've improved your chest and that thicc boi frame is starting to set in.
