Pretty fucking amazing the way he looks. That my friends is a sleeper. He is the reason you don't pick fights with just anyone around town. You never know who a guy really is. Honestly i would think the guy does some crossfit or some nautilus equipment.

In my years of MMA, and jujitsu especially, I always had to train with guys that were 50+ lbs more than me, same or better skill level, just for the challenge. I would throw the light guys around like rag dolls.

I think speed and strength are dominant forces, but size isn't always the defining difference.

Lol that's the kind of attitude I like to hear but then again lifting something as heavy or heavier than a guy twice your size an looking at his face while he stares in shock thinking to himself "how in the fuck can he do that an why in the hell is he stronger than me" feeling is amazing.
