So ive gained a total of around 12lbs so far. Endurance has definitely gone down. My 2 mile run time has gone down. I feel really top heavy and I get a lower back and calf/shin pump about 1 mile in thats crippling. Sex drive has gotten better, but when im banging it out with my girl, it takes way too long... and when I hit it doggy or missionary (hate that shit) I get too much of a pump in my quads or triceps and start to lose my wood. Having her on top is the only way to beat it up solid. Anyways ill be pinning my glutes for the first time tomorrow morning.
