perhaps heating raw eggs in a microwave to where they are a tad solid but still watery.then stir them to a complete liquid and then drink them?aside from health issues of drinking raw eggs,it is my understanding that when raw,the body does'nt seem to digest them properly,,heating too much can destroy some of the protein so i am thinking about nuking them not until fully sold but enough to where they are semi solid.. also, are egg whites a complete protein or do we need a small amount of yoke?

If your willing to do something as gross as eating raw eggs, you might as well cook them and blend them and drink it down.

The whites are the protein. The yolks are the fat and cholesterol.

there is a product called "All Whites" that each container has 8 egg whites in it and they are pasteurized. should be next to the egg beaters

That's incorrect. Half of the protein in an egg is in the yolk and half is in the whites. Not only is the fat in the yolk, but so is all of the vitamins, too.

Bro... Why on Earth would you want to drink raw eggs? I read your reasons on your post, but they taste much better cooked, so what if you lose a little in the process? Personally, I wouldn't do it, but good luck with it.

All I know is that I saw Hulk Hogan drink raw eggs back in the day on WWF so it must be good for you. :D
