A few weeks in- next step question

Hi. I'm a few weeks in right now. Did everything suggested- Introduced myself, made myself active in the community, posted/read through various topics. I still don't have any access to comment under the Steriod Underground section. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

You have to be a active part for a while, get some likes, dislikes, comment here and there - or whatever.....

Think I wandered around for 6 months, before I tried commenting in 'Steroid Underground' - I probably had access way before... Lmao

But I really didn't have the need for access, I was shopping and communicating directly with vendors, so I didn't care at all....

Tell us about your training and your goals

What's your age, height, weight, bodyfat%, what bloodwork do you do and what does it look like, what's your blood pressure? What's your food plan look like? What does your training log look like lately?

Glad you asked. I’m going for a body recomp, I have stubborn belly fat and also could gain some lean muscle. I’m 43, 5’10, 173lbs, 24%BF. Last bloodwork I hav le is from September. I go to a TRT clinic and they send it in and help me analyze it. Blood pressure in normal range, I don’t consume sugar, low carb but during bulks I welcome more carbs in. I train 6 days a week for about 1.5 hours each fasted every morning before work and on Saturdays, all muscle groups trained with 20 minutes of cardio per day mixed in.

I’m extremely dailed in, not some new unhealthy guy that doesn’t eat healthy and work out- I’m the opposite of that

................
I’m extremely dailed in

You know how sometimes things aren't obvious until you spell them out

I have stubborn belly fat
25% bodyfat isn't "stubborn belly fat". It's just plain fat. That's ok. Just don't convince yourself that it's only there because it's stubborn. It's there because you have a poor food and training program.

Don't trust a TRT clinic to do your bloodwork. What do your lipid panels look like? Here is a list of bloodwork to monitor, put together by a member who was comparing pricing. Lots of info about where to order it for yourself in the blood serum testing forum.

You are 43 and overweight. Have you had a calcium score or any other cardiac imaging done? If not, go do that. Calcium score tests are usually $50. Just google calcium score in whatever city you live in. Most large health care networks provide them. Keep in mind that a calcium score only shows plaque that has already calcified. it does not show soft plaques. You will need to follow up with a cardiologist to get further imaging. A calcium score is just your first step.

Blood pressure in normal range,

what do you consider normal?

low carb but during bulks
What? Dude. You are 43 and weigh 170 pounds at 25% bodyfat

When / why have you ever bulked and why didn't it produce any results other than ending up fat?

I train 6 days a week for about 1.5 hours each fasted every morning

Howwww did you come up with this program?

all muscle groups trained with 20 minutes of cardio per day mixed in.

You are weight training while fasted and after cardio?????????

Honey we have some changes to make.

You are wearing the results of your training and food program right now, and it's not good.

Lets do something that works.

Forget steroids. You are overweight.

Gotta fix that first.

Zero need for steroids if you are only 170 pounds while fat

You are at step one.

Don't worry about step 100 yet.

Dude I’m not fat, it’s stubborn belly fat. Give me a few minutes to get home and post a picture and I’ll show you,l. Even though I find you extremely rude, I’m still curious to see what you say

it’s stubborn belly fat
There is no such thing as "stubborn fat".

It just takes longer to lose it from the areas that have the most of it

If you had to level the soil for a construction site... it's going to take more work to knock down the hills vs the spots that re already mostly flat. It's not because the dirt is stubborn. It's because there is more mass to get rid of in those specific spots.

My fellow old dude... 5-10, 173lbs, 24%BF is fat. Not obese perhaps, but definitely on the fat side. Are you sure about that BF%? Wait... are you female? If you are female then you are ok but totally different recommendations for a lady.

Idk man, I’m over here thinking I can get rid of it in maybe 1 cutting cycle. I just have a hunch you think I’m a lot fatter than I am. I really want to see what you think, give me a few and I’ll post it. Either way- I said I’m looking to recomp which also means building lean muscle. You always go wild on people like this? I mean you don’t know me and came at me crazy. Maybe I just want, just for example reasons very low dose GH or something for general health, or maybe HCG. Just giving examples. But you don’t know. No reason to attack someone.

I'm not going wild on you dude

Everything I've told you is solid advice and truth

If you feel a sensitivity to any of it, thats a you issue. Use it as your sign that you maybe aren't completely honest with yourself on that point.

People who aren't fat don't need a recomp

I saw in your other posts that you are using test, npp, mast and hgh?

What part of your physique and training warrants 4 compounds?

You are training fasted and after cardio  But a lack of steroids is what you think was holding you back?

Nothing about your plan so far has made any sense. And being 170 pounds @ 25% bodyfat should be your sign in the mirror that you are doing it wrong.

You aren't dialed in. You are scattered af.

Well I literally just started my cycle last week and honestly it’s very low dose, my NPP is more for joint relief than anything.

Anyway point being- I’m open to any advice. Now does that mean you have to sound so attacking when you give the advice? No. So I’m sorry but you come off as someone that’s not here to help anyone out. Anyway, judge away my friends. I said there was belly fat but the way you replied you would think I’m either 500lbs overweight, or a woman. So go ahead and let me have it I guess. Definitely don’t think I’m as fat as what you had in mind, but I know there’s a belly there. IMG_5492.webpIMG_5493.webpIMG_5494.webp

My guy

This not a "cutting phase" level concern

This is a complete lifestyle and training change across at least 6-8 months.

You are 35%+ body fat

You need to rethink your entire plan

Running 4 compounds is not doing you any favors right now

Step 1. Get down to 10-12% body fat. For you that's probably going to be like sub 150.... like maybe closer to 140. You have very little contractile tissue.

How did you come up with your current training plan?

Optmiize for fat loss. Don't worry about anything else.

Complete step 1 before worrying about step 100 (steroids).

trvth nvke.
you need a good recomp.
gear will make it easier to tolerate the visuals.
Low dose only tho. 250 test.
get tirz, go in a steep deficit (4-700 cals). tirz makes it tolerable to be in a deficit.
really improve your training and cardio.

do a few maintenance/massing phases in between.

that will uncook your physique in 2-3 years.
