A GH and fat loss protocol (rhGH lipolysis) that is science-based

The mechanism of dapa and empa is similar. All these studies are measuring different things. To say one is better than the other would require a head-to-head comparison in the same study.

Plus, the mechanism is basically similar to a low carb diet, and we know high carbs are better for building muscle. @Sampei

It seems like for Muscle building and preservation Dapa is better while Jardiance is a bit stronger systematic.

I can get both through Insurance and will get a pack to compare for a month or so and document changes although its rather minor from what i've seen myself so far but cool catch @Sampei

What do you really expect to see in "a month or so?"

The studies Sampei has linked suggest that it depletes muscle of glykogen and more resulting in flatness, less strength, endurance and longer time to recover.

So by switching i wanna see if i can notice any strength coming back, feeling fuller, changes in glucose throughout the day and possible weight change

Thanks for the feedback. Trial and error seems to be the way.
Nah definitely not. Trial and error, more error than anything from the sounds of it.

Split dosing not even twice but three times a day absolutely FUCKS blood glucose and doesn’t substantially increase IGF-I (not enough to overcome the metabolic hazards): facts.

Basis: not only research data but reams of CGM data. Not only myself, but what amounts to hundreds of users and thousands of hours of monitoring.

I definitely noticed higher glucose than usual with the multi dosing. I’m going to experiment with all of it before bed and on days I use pre workout slin I’ll take it pre workout prior to the slin.

so i been dosing my Hgh 5 ius split am/pm for over 2 years and fbg was creeping up (90-94 fbg even with 1500 mg berberine) , so i started recently taking all 5 ius at night and fbg has dropped more than 5 points, but it seems my deep sleep may be lacking now, tbd , ,

I’ve been doing 5ishiu in 3-6 month chunks for around the same amount of time, and I’ve found 0.6mg semaglutide the last 4-5 months has done little to nothing to blunt my hunger and has rapidly fixed my CRP, and fixed any blood glucose impact from hgh essentially entirely. Having no problem whatsoever bulking on this dose and might push it to 0.7mg as the reduction in inflammation is wild. Split dose, once a day, I even tried 3x a day and nothing notable in terms of blood sugar, all smooth sailing. I regret waiting so long to hop on the glp1 train honestly.

You can try all in the morning or a Glp1 to help your BG

im dragging my feet on getting some reta , i don't know why,, I like reta's profile more than semaglutides tbh, Im glad its working out for you ,,

I’m on sema because I’ve got a script and can get the non salts version from compounding, otherwise I’d be on tirz or Reta. I was more chiming in that I found immense success with glp1 on the insulin front. I dragged my feet on these drugs too. I was honestly kinda scared of it which seems silly as fuck to me now with how much they increased my QoL.

it's superior in almost any aspect, except maybe systemic inflammation
In terms of systemic inflammation reduction from the studies it goes Reta > Tirz > Sema. My doctor seemed very convinced that sema would be most conductive for my bb goals so I went with it. Although, that advice is contradicted with anecdotal reports on here, but I’m living the results from sema and am able to train far harder now with the inflammation in check. My joints feel 10 years younger.

I typically do 7iu split lately, with 4iu am/3iu bedtime. But would it be slightly more advantageous to flip that and have the higher dose be the later one? Just have this feeling that the bedtime one is more “powerful” but I don’t know shit. Maybe keep it as is on training days but save the whole 7iu for bedtime on non and/or light training days.

I personally liked having the larger hgh dose at night. Iduno why but I always felt like it was better for sleep and recovery.
