total calories 2185 with around 270 grams of protein

i am lifting 6 days a week
mon/thurs chest and tris
tues/friday back and bis
wed shoulders
sat legs
cardio twice a day Around 45 mins low intensity (treadmill, ellitical, swimming)

am running test prop 100mg ed, anavar 60md ed(all 10 weeks), 50mg of dbol(1st 4 weeks),arimidex .5 mg ed, eca stack 2 on 2 off for 10 weeks. i just finished week 3 and have gained a shit load of strength however i have also soared to over 285. i know some might be water retention fom the d bol but i thought that that would be in check with the dex.not really ideal but haven't really dropped much body fat in my eyes. my arms and legs are defiently bigger and more defined but my stomach seems to be bigger what do i need to do? should i cut my cals more, stop the dbol, heck i have even added running 3 or 4 miles thinking it would help? any suggestions? thought about finishing the last week of dbol and then adding clen or albuterol and maybe some t3. what should i do. my ultimate goal is to be around 250lbs and about 12-15% bf.

I'm having trouble comprehending how you can gain 19lbs in three weeks with a 2150 cal diet and such a very intensive exercise regime.
If fact I cant believe it, it doesn't add up.
At your size you need at least 3400 calories a day for maintenance,Thats calculated at a LBM of 200lbs
You must be one of these people that sleep walk out to the fridge at night and have a hell pig out, with out even knowing you did it.
Check your fridge before you go to bed at night;)

hey man understand your thoughts, but all my meals are pre preped and weighed so i know exactly how much i am eating. the only thing that changes is one day a week i eat i one meal where i eat whatever but the portion size is small. example. tuesday i took my wife out for her birthday at olive garden. i ate two stuufed mushrooms with out the stuffing, ate a small bowl of salad, 1 bread stick, and half a bowl of shrimp pasta primivera with whole wheat noodles. total maybe 800 cals. but i will do extra cardio to counteract the increase. and another thing that whole your need 3400 cals a day doesn't work for me. if i ate that much i would weigh about 350 in a month. my metabolism is and always has been extremely slow. when i was playing ball in college i was the one who gained 20lbs during two a days, but would lose if soon as it was over.

I'm sorry to tell you this but there is no such thing as "a slow metabolism." That is a myth and one that so many people continue to propagate. Much like the old, "I'm just big boned." That one is one of my favorites; makes me smile every time.

Studies have shown that peoples BMR's are of no significant difference, for a person of similar size and body composition. In fact, a more obese person has a higher BMR than a thinner person because of the increased demands placed on their body due to their increased size and increased muscle mass. A difference exists however with someone who is more fit (ie. more muscle mass) as their BMR is in fact higher. But in your case, that would be impossible, as you presumably have a higher amount of muscle mass than an average person, and therefore have a HIGHER BMR than an average person of your size.

I'm not at all questioning you regarding how much you eat, as I don't know you nor do I watch you 24 hours a day, but research shows that the VAST number of people underestimate how much they eat over the course of a day. Even when they're asked to fill out a 24 hour diet questionnaire, they tend to not write everything down.

Cheers

well here is exactly what i ate today :
6 egg whites (102 cals 42 grams of protein)
salad with 1/2 cup of 4 % cottage cheese (330 cals 35 grams of protein)
1 can of chicken breast (250 cals 45 grams of protein)
1 pack of tuna ( 245 cals 45.5 grams of protein)
1 cup of cooked brown rice with 2 cups of red beans with deer sausage and deer hamburger ( 600 cals 40 grams of protein)
1 weight watchers strawberry short cake (220 cals)
2 scoops of casein ( 220 cals 48 grams of protein) mixed with soy milk ( 16 oz 120 cals 12 grams of protein)

now i understand what you guys are saying but at the same time i dont' care a whole lot about what you say as far as what i eat. i am here like most people for help so why in the heck would i lie. listed above is exactly what i ate today. the only thing that is not listed would be my chewing tobacco. and please dont take this densively but regarding the comment on a slow metabolism, i have to disagree. i know about the studies you are referring to but there are different body types which in turn affect the way the body handles food as its placement, storage, and use of fat for example. its called genetics. now i am already frustrated with the fact i m gaining mass but it is even more irritating to be called a liar about what i eat. i know what my body normally does, hence the reason that i am here so i can change that but if all that people can do is say i am fully of sh--, then i guess i came to the wrong place.

I'm not saying you're full of shit,it''s just very usual.
So perhaps you have put on some water mass and may have been quite dehydrated before.
I'm wondering how you are feeling as far as energy levels go and lethargy.
Perhaps you have low cortisone levels and perhaps you need to get your thyroid levels checked.
It may be an idea to run t3 for a couple or few weeks to see how much of a difference you can make, with that suplement.

Well, using Ctrl+F and the only place the word "liar" came up was in your post. No one said you were being untruthful, rather, underestimating. Genetics is one thing (and yes, I was a genetic engineer in a past life so I do know my shit) but in the general scheme of things, metabolism is on an average.

If you don't care about what we have to say about what you eat. what is it that you want us to say, and what are you asking us? Cut the calories back if you aren't losing fat at your current caloric level. Easy.

Cheers

personally i think you are undereating and forcing your body into starvation state

you need to calculate your BMR and daily caloric requirements suing harris-benedict formula

He still would'nt gain weight with that theroy {starvation mode} would he ?His body would simply retain fat,and start using protein/muscle as an energy source.

he might not gain weight, but he would lose muscle, which in essence would make him look worse as his muscle to fat ratio decreased, so you are right, and since muscle is more dense than fat, he would actually lose weight, though he might initially gain because of water retention

pushing himself into starvation state could cause his body to hoard fat stores, and the only way to get out of starvation state is to trick the body by uping calories, there are other ways, but his is the best

So you rarely eat carbs? and how is your water intake? Do you use any condiments...butter, ketchup, mayo maple syrup? It is very strange if you are this strict with your diet and still have been gaining weight. As for your use of gear, are you using to just harden-up? I know little about different types of cycles so I am just curious. And we are all here to help each other out.

He shouldnt be loseing muscle evon with this severe of a caloric restriction not with the prop and var ,Plus hes taking dbol for the first 4 weeks.
I would wait and see what happens when you stop the dbol , keep up with adex , maybe go get your body fat tested ,and some blood work to make sure everything is good.
