A quick intro

I'm currently about 2 weeks into my second cycle. Test/Deca/NPP/Dbol. I plan on dropping the nandrolone after 10 weeks and going to test prop for the last few weeks. Total cycle being roughly 14 weeks. I have some Mast i wanted to throw in towards maybe weeks 8-14. I also have some synthroid T4 i wanted to use too but still unsure of exactly when and at what dosage so i may not even bother with that at all. I'm 5'7 180lb at 15/16% bf. This site quickly became my go-to place for reliable information and the many knowledgeable individuals who take their time to make meso what t is. All the info you need is in the forums somewhere. Thanks.

Why all the shit? Why NPP and deca? Why drop nandrolone right when the deca gets kicking good? Why add a catabolic fat burner to a classic bulk stack? Why add mast at 15%, or try to cut at the tail end if you are cycling instead of B&C? All good questions to ask yourself. All answers can be found through this site, preferably using Google, and not our own search engine.

Welcome to meso! I'm not trying to be a dick, I just kind of can't help it. Ultimately, I just want to see you get the most bang for your buck and potential health consequences.

I wanted to drop the deca early because its supposedly hard to recover from so i was considering running test prop the last month which led me to think maybe i can try and cut the second half of the cycle if im gonna dump nandrolone anyway. The T4 and mast i had already and wanted to use them if i could but saving them for a cycle dedicated to cutting obviously makes more sense. I came here to get this kind of feedback so i greatly appreciate it. As far as test levels recovering from the deca/NPP, is it really as bad as people make it out to be? I have all the proper PCT, adex, and HCG. I dont have caber but its my understanding i wont need it if i run low dose AI and the nandrolone dose isnt too high. its about 250mg/week with 500mg/week Test and the dbol at 40mg a day sometimes i use injnectable dbol and i go about 30mg as its supposed to be slightly more effective than oral. I figured id catch some shit over how many chemicals im throwing into one cycle. So far, its just been Test, nandrolone, and dbol though and im pretty sure ill be saving the mast/t4 combo for the next round. Thanks for your input.

Ahh. Running the pharmanan, or whatever pcom calls it? Mixed compound, right? That explains things.

Deca is tough to recover from, definitely. Very long clearance time. I'd still go twelve weeks though.

Good idea with the prop. Better idea if you grab some plain NPP, and keep levels strong while the deca you already bought is clearing. Most bang for your shut down.

Save the cut for later. It works better for those that have to PCT. If you need to combine phases in a cycle, most get great results cutting hard early, then bulking up from there. Your gains will be more easily kept through PCT. A good hard cut will also prime your body for fast new growth, up to the muscle memory you lost on the cut, and then some. Look into post contest cycles, a lot of people make incredible gains doing so. Same principle.

Pretty much right on. I just didn't want to go name dropping if isnt cool to do so. I almost went with the nan300 and sust combo the "steady blood level" idea makes sense to me. I'm using their mix 4 though (same idea with multiple esters just less money). its test decanate, test PP, NPP, and deca. at 2:1 test:deca ratio. I have straight test prop from them but not the NPP. I figured if i had issues with the ratio id be adding test not nandrolone. and "most bang for your shut down" is the best way to put it. If im going to do any sort of harm to myself i want to get the most out of it. Maybe not the best way to put that but i know you get what im saying. I'm going to look into recovery times from deca vs NPP alone and maybe just run short esters instead of changing compounds all together. I always assumed that trying to bulk afterward, would ruin all the hard work of cutting down. I was pretty fucking fat at one point too like 25% or more at 220lbs so i know what its like to cut.

Congrats on the transformation thus far. Cutting down from the higher numbers is an accomplishment. Done it myself, and it's a pain in the ass.

The hard cut before a bulk is generally a stronger option, especially for PCT. Keeping calories up, and training intensity, is the best way to hang on to what you worked for. Prevents ballooning up and down, like you see some guys at the gym do. It's kind of like tricking your body into a new homeostasis state. The longer you make your body hold those gains, the better off you are for the long run. Or so says the bro science, and it does seem to hold up on that point by most reports.

It definitely sucks to drop weight. Its slow and painful lol but my entire lifestyle has changed since then. (pretty much has to to drop like that). I can't thank you enough for your input. I'm glad you threw the B&C thing into perspective for me. Im not sure why i was thinking i could reasonably accomplish both in one cycle, but it gives me an excuse to start thinking about the NEXT cycle and how my time gets spent in between them.

I didn't suggest B&C, don't get that twisted. That should be treated as a lifelong sentence to a weekly needle. Not to be undergone without medical necessity. Just that some protocols are different when you don't have PCT to deal with.

Ok, so did misunderstand slightly. I was saying the bulk and cut will be accomplished as separate cycles with their own pct and recovery time. with hope that most my gains (or bf losses) could be kept between cycles. I bust my ass just as hard when Im not on AAS so im thinking if i keep my diet and training in check ill be ok. I lost a lot of weight gained during the first cycle. I became busy with work and allowed my self to be lazy but didnt gain any fat back, just lost muscle. I plan on giving myself adequate time for nat test to bounce back and keeping at the training during and after pct. I enjoy being on cycle and would like to keep doing maybe one a year. And its been a year since i did my first cycle. I'm only 25 now and absolutely don't want to be a TRT patient so pct and test recovery is VERY important to me.

and i gotta say thanks again bro. there cant be many people out there willing to spend their time answering questions for guys like me who are unsure of some of this shit. this is why i joined here.

All good brother. That's why we're all here. It's the subject we like to run our mouths about. ;)

Meso is just the best because there's no agenda. It's where all the guys who actually have something to say end up, because no one is telling them to shut up (or forcing them to, anyway)

Again, welcome. You found the right spot IMO.
