So I been meaning to ask. In a couple weeks ill set my appt. At quest and get my usual full panel blood test. That test includes many things but deca wont show on the labs I think, right?

I have heard deca can show a raised test number, but I think it's a small amount. Maybe someone with more knowledge on that can chime in.

Gr8, to the best of my knowledge, Deca does not register as Test when using Quest.
But I'm not 100% sure.

Other than labmax (barf) their Is no other way to test potency or effects of good deca?

pec dec flyes
flat bench guillotine press
hammer strength incline press
flat bench dumbbell flyes
incline dumbbell flyes
pullovers
In that order. Took alot of plates off the bar today and concentrated on peak contraction. Practiced my guillotine press. Surprisingly when you take the tri's out of the pressing movement weight and reps go down significantly.
I pressed slow negative and down to the neck bone. I was only able to muster 135x12 then lost reps each set. Wow. It really is direct pec work when done in that manner. This is one exercise im gonna implement from this point forth at least for a couple weeks. Then switch some thing up again.
Cardio is thinning me out at 20 min 3-4x per week. Still gaining weight tho. Im assuming its the beginning of new muscle growth cuz I AM thinning. Its a familiar feeling. Cant really explain it but I know when what im doing is positive. Its a good thing I trained all those years drug free. It gives me an edge I think.

Man when them things bleed it is crazy. I freaked the old lady out a couple weeks ago, when I came out of shower with no shirt on and walked in to kitchen. Spraying that alcohol has helped but will never clear it up completely. If thats the only negative ill take it! Zits are better than gyno or high aromatization of estrogen. Thank god I have zero acne on my face
