A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

At 260-270 I sweat alot any way. I wouldn't say anything out of the ordinary or special about tren.

If me and the wife have a quickee like under 20 minutes I'm good but a normal session of like 45 minutes I look like Patrick Ewing when I'm done. Epic sweat. Cuz I get aggressive and angry. I won't stop till she's trying to push my hips away and stop the attack :) it's sweet and she loves it. I love it. We all love it
 
So....I'm broke out as hell right now. Shoulders, arms and back. That's due to the tren. Sucks but that's my biggest negative for any gear I've ran.

Ya I noticed the piss is pretty raunchy these last couple days. So it must be building up in my system. Still pretty clear to light yellow tho.

I'm popping on my workout days now more than ever which is great! But I have to introduce some cardiovascular work in too. My transformation will be that much more dramatic if I can shed a little more.

@johnnyBALLZ you did cardio ED for like an hour right? I want to transform like you did!

I'm only taking in 2600-2900 cals now. Slowly stripping away. At best I'm losing a pound a week but the tren is keeping my weight up. Looking pretty sick these days
 
This shit right here cleared me up in less then week. Smashfit told me to get something with this Salicylic Acid in it and it worked. I had to get a loofa on a stick to get my back.lol

No need for cardio ED. If you never do cardio then you will see a difference doing it twice a week. For me though I like to do it EOD. On the cycle Im on right now I can't so I just start my gym sessions out with 20mins of cardio to get the blood flowing

No no no.. I got up to 45min ED, that only lasted two weeks and was way too much. Start at like 20min 3x a week and work up from there if need be.

When you say too much, just a physical drain or was it hurting your size gains? I'm doing 30mins five times a week, and just started a test, Tren, NPP, EQ cycle. About to start raising my cals to add on lean mass. Should I keep cardio at 30mins x 5 a week?

My trick is im an Audible Amazon member. I listen to books when I travel and on the treadmill. Take your mind somewhere else and you'll look down at the timer and think damn I've been on this thing for 30 mins.

You need to get you a wrist heart rate monitor. I have the fitbit charge HR. I love it. There's a point where you start burning muscle instead of fat. But yes I believe 5 times a week is to much. 30 min part sounds good depending at the intensity and what your doing
 
I watch full bush preggo porn on my phone while on the treadmill. It keeps you rocking and the appetite down as well.

I might as well find a juicy ass and a pretty head to run behind cuz that's about the only way you'll keep me on that treadmill 20-30minutes at a time these days. There's always a few hot bitches around. I just need one to chase

I maintain hr of 124 bpm, and machine says I burn about 300 cals each time. I wanted to burn off some more fat yet, but I guess I'll let the Tren work on that now. I hate to waste the best part of my cycle by not eating enough. It's time to blow up like trukker

The tren and it's food partioning properties is wonderful. We're all different cuz were not all the same. Duh right :)

I'm not lying to you when I say I'm getting bigger on 2600 cals a day and losing weight. I'm easily as big as I was on deca stomping around at 270. Tren is sweet

I am about a week out from the Tren taking full effect, the the gloves are off. I'm gonna bump the cals and go for broke. I can't reach 270 this go around, but I'm coming for ya ;)
 
And if I remember correctly Arnold was never able to bench 400 lbs. yeah, I agree he was the best. The newer guys are beast, but Arnold was just plain perfect in appearance.
