When you say too much, just a physical drain or was it hurting your size gains? I'm doing 30mins five times a week, and just started a test, Tren, NPP, EQ cycle. About to start raising my cals to add on lean mass. Should I keep cardio at 30mins x 5 a week?

I think it's different for everyone. For me 45min ED quickly drained me of any extra energy I had. If you can comfortably do 30min 5days a week keep going with it..
