When you say too much, just a physical drain or was it hurting your size gains? I'm doing 30mins five times a week, and just started a test, Tren, NPP, EQ cycle. About to start raising my cals to add on lean mass. Should I keep cardio at 30mins x 5 a week?

I think it's different for everyone. For me 45min ED quickly drained me of any extra energy I had. If you can comfortably do 30min 5days a week keep going with it..

I've been doing stair master level 6 or 7 for 30 mins fasted every other day for 2 -2.5 weeks and the fat has been rolling off.
 
And if I remember correctly Arnold was never able to bench 400 lbs. yeah, I agree he was the best. The newer guys are beast, but Arnold was just plain perfect in appearance.
For what Arnold had available to him and the limited knowledge available at the time. I believe Arnold would eat any of these current Olympians for breakfast if he had access to all the shit they did. No doubt. Arnold is KING
 
Chest and biceps today.

Incline barbell press
Flat barbell press
Dumbbell flys

Standing barbell curl
Dumbbell curl alternating

Rotate biceps with chest work to stay fresh.
Tren must be here. Incline pressing 275 for 10. Heavy Duty style. Slow negatives explosive positives.

So tired when I got to flat bench I dropped 275 on my chest at rep 7. Wtf!!!

doing cardio as I type, cycling. Breathing like a emphysema patient. Fuck me

Tren is packing weight on me even tho I keep taking calories away. Little to no carbs still. Now your messin with a son a bitch:mad:
 
If you want a narrow waist dont.
Gotta agree. I would love to have a wasp waist to accent my upper body, but I'm already too thick in the core I believe to achieve that. I do very little oblique or ab work, but I can see plenty of muscle out a good bit from where I want waist.

Yes. I believe that less body fat will give him what he's after.
 
hold a 45lbs plate in your right hand, than lean side to side. repeat with your left side. obliques will be the last spot for fat to leave. if you are not getting enough fat in your diet your body will store fat and eat muscle.
 
Weighted decline oblique crunches and call me in the morning.

Just don't do what i see some do in gym. A plate in each hand and do that. Guess they failed physics in school and don't realize one is countering the other.
 
I did some weighted side bends the other day. The exercise felt retarded. Ineffective and a waste of energy. In all seriousness I've never improved anything with out training it. When it comes to abs I'm ignorant. It's not some thing I ever liked or pursued until now.

Now the good things , I naturally have an extreme taper. I'm wearing loose 34's now. My waist actually tapes at 32" even with the fat. Problem is my obliques are 100 percent soft. No tone or definition or shape except for what I have been afforded genetically bone structure.

Obliques are an indicator of low bodyfat . You can tone them all you want but until you get under 10% (way under) you wont see em . This year Im going for extreme leaness but I wont be seeing the obliques good until I get around 7 or 8 % .

I used to take a broom handle or straight bar and sit and do twisties and side bends , all Frank Zane favorites ...
