I start pinning my deca, test, dbol blast this Saturday 1/31/15. For any of you that know me this is my 2nd cycle. First experience with anything other than testosterone. I got my freshmen cycle outta the way and now for the cycle I really wanted...

Im also extremely happy my dieting has come to an end. Time to add the carbs back in and 4-5k cals daily. I say that because I like to eat I never tire of it so I have to cut myself off at 5k lol. Im looking to top my previous cycle with lean gains and also reduce body fat simultaneously. I put on 20 lb last cycle and lost 1.5 " on waist while increasing taped dimensions on all other body parts.

My philosophy is to grow in to my massive skeletal frame instead of get "ripped". Im no where near the mass I want to be so getting ripped is not my primary goal. Of course being lean is.

So LETS GET HUGE

By the way, 20 lbs while losing that much off your waist sounds awesome, Congrats.

Lets see I kept all my gains from the 1st cycle but I went on a semi serious recomp sooo....I last weighed in at 256 at 6'1". 33" waist currently, 18" arms 52" chest, quads have no idea...fuckin big. My pride and joy, calves, 20":cool:

Im looking to add mucho mass to all these:D

Damn lol. How much weight are you throwing around in the gym?

Truthfully I dont do 1RM any more. My spine thanks me. I will do heavy triples tho.
My primary compound lifts for the sake of numbers
-incline barbell press sets of 235x12
-squats all work is done with 315
-dumbbell rows 80x12 for sets
Like I said BIG 1rep maxes are no longer a concern of mine. I build DENSE muscle or I wont build it at all
 
Trucker glad to see you back in it!! I have a bicep tendinitis and getting it worked out. Im just finishing pct and starting slow but getting back up. Just benching 180, deads 345, rows 190, shoulder press 150, squat 225 so you are far beyond me. But getting this arm straightwn out is good. Hope your calcium deposit is doing ok for you

Calcified tendonitis its a bitch. Probably much like your bicep issue. I avoid irritants such as shoulder laterals with a high swing. I also found that leaning over a upright bench slightly makes for a more appropriate angle for hitting my medial deltoid and in turn reduces inflammation on my tendon vs standing straight up. I also now use the smith machine for upright rows. That helps tremendously. These are little tricks I learn after all these years;)
 
Im thinking

500mg test:12-16 weeks
600mg deca:12-16 weeks
60mg dbol (4-6 weeks)

Im debating on 750mg for both tho.

THIS SHIT IS ON!!!

I just pinned 1.5cc left quad deca and 1cc right quad test
Also I settled on 600d and 500t a week.

With that much I should be more than primed for an amazing cycle.

Im on the warpath now. Serious as a bear attack!:mad:

Im upping calories and protein intake effective immediately. Im gonna shoot for 400g protein a day as an experiment. Thats more than i did last cycle.

Your about to get really big really fast!! I always loved running the dbol deca, your gonna have a blast man.
 
Your gonna get huge bro!! Thats the sane cycle i wanted to do but i think im gonna go with a prop kick for 2 wk. Npp and cyp. still trying to figure a good nop to test ratio out though. Hope your shoulder is holding up man.Kill it man !!

All melted together. Sounds good to me!

Also I have 0 pip in either quad! Thats a first for me. Ive been conditioned to believe that all gear is supposed to hurt like fucking hell with that eurochem shit I was using. No more. The deca and test are pip free. Both from a private lab.

Ill get my dbol on today too. I think 20mg 3x daily. One before workout (45min b4) one about lunch time and one with supper. Im pretty sure thats how I want to do it. Take advantage of the protein anabolism it provides

I'm looking forward to seeing some real progress on this one for you.. This is your first Deca run, you will love it... I loved Deca until I graduated to Tren.. But then I got too old and back to Deca and I still Love it.... And you are throwing Dbol in there, this should be great. I'll keep tabs on this, my girl is on her way over, so I have to go now but I'll watching you blast this one out!

Still in gym now. While waiting for my wife to finish tanning threw down my shake and a ziploc full of sweet sweet pineapple. Reflecting on today's completed training journal. Yes im that guy writing everything down.

I narrowed my feet on the squat today and found out I could get 3 more reps with 315 like this. Awesome.

Dbol seems to have dehydrated me abit. My ribcage has been killing me all workout. Gotta take more water in.

Off to Sams. Getting the weekly chow. Extra meat, milk and carbs to start this cycle off. Probably around $250 worth
