I cant think of an oral that lasts all day. some have 8 hour half life. IMHO Dbol is a pre workout oral and only on arms, shoulder, and chest days. the hell with Dbol on Leg and back day.
Dbol works great for protein synthesis. Thats the manner In which I use it

I will agree with you on the back day shit, I had to eat a gram of taurine before back day.
I also ran 20mg 3 times per day, but didnt expereince the tremendous weight gain that I hear so much about. I can only attribute this to 140g complex carbs daily and high aromasin combined with 1.5 gallons water per day, maybe im wrong, but I think im just not retaining the water like others. Without hijacking yer thread truker im interested what others think.

I fell a little short on pro but I did get up at 0800...cuz its saturday. So I missed a meal.

Tomorrow no fuckin around. Up at 0600 for first meal, dbol then the weights.

I gotta prep my weekly meals tomorrow before the superbowl party begins

So happy to be bulking :)

Just finished last workout for the week. My only off day is monday. So essentially im going 6 straight days then 1 off.

Today was arms with a pinch of shoulders thrown in.
11 sets biceps
10 sets triceps
rear laterals
front laterals
minor ab work

I've really commItted myself to arms on last cycle and they grew 1 whole inch! Its carrying over nicely. I can feel the muscle connection now more than ever. Put the ear buds in and let Hetfield take me to my dark place. Zone in and feel the ache. Metallica has been my go to for over 20 yrs. Greatness never dies.

Im relying mostly on heavy sets of close grip bench to build my tricep bulk with push downs thrown in for good measure.

I like straight bar curls and preachers with a cambered bar for high reps. If I go too heavy my club like forearms take over too much. Im closer to our genetic ancestors in that respect. Long arms with huge forearms. Popeye ain't got shit on me :)

im really gunning for 19s and ill be damned if i dont get it
 
Go get those 19s brother, then 20s. There isn't too much better than having arms that strech out an XXL.. LOL
 
Well...for better or worse this is me as of 5 minutes ago. Just outta work and freshly plump on turkey sando's. No work out today

Currently 256. For those that seen pictures of me before would notice im picking up right where I left off last cycle.

Honestly im disturbed about my lack of tone or shape in my abdominal and oblique's. Im sick of it. I have enough time daily for the weight training but cant seem to fit cardio in. Extremely demanding schedule. Currently trying to find solutions.

I think the dbol is kicking in tho...:)
