So thats the hard part. Without an accurate fat percentage test I dont really have a clue where I stand.

I had two different electronic tests done. Ones where you squeeze handles and it sends electronic shock thru the body then relays muscle:fat ratio. It came back 13 percent. I had another that said 15.

So if I calculate it at the higher, 15. Im actually 225 lb pure muscle no fat. At the highest protein intake being 2x I would require 450g pro. I prefer to shoot for 1.8-1.9 so 400 g pro is spot on.

Hope you got all that. Its pretty straight forward. Im running moderate doses of test/deca. No insulin, no gh. I personally dont see any need to consume more than 1.8x

I start pinning my deca, test, dbol blast this Saturday 1/31/15. For any of you that know me this is my 2nd cycle. First experience with anything other than testosterone. I got my freshmen cycle outta the way and now for the cycle I really wanted...

Im also extremely happy my dieting has come to an end. Time to add the carbs back in and 4-5k cals daily. I say that because I like to eat I never tire of it so I have to cut myself off at 5k lol. Im looking to top my previous cycle with lean gains and also reduce body fat simultaneously. I put on 20 lb last cycle and lost 1.5 " on waist while increasing taped dimensions on all other body parts.

My philosophy is to grow in to my massive skeletal frame instead of get "ripped". Im no where near the mass I want to be so getting ripped is not my primary goal. Of course being lean is.

So LETS GET HUGE
So you used lean gains on a cyclt? How did you train during fasting portion of day?
 
No. I just eat a little above caloric maintenance. Takes some figuring on your part but I seem to have found mine. Then I can pack on MUSCLE and lose FAT. Best of both worlds

LBM is a joke. your body needs protein for more than just building muscle. you still need 2g per pound of body weight to pack on muscle. if you want to make excuses for not eating enough protein, than you will have lack luster results. not being a dick, just stating facts. I've not seen anyone that got better results using the LBM over 2g protein per pound of body weight. you eat how ever you want to eat. I'm telling how to eat for best results.

you still are not meeting the LBM scale you are going by.
 
Thats where we differ. Thats where bro science takes over. You have your perspective and I have mine. Now when I gained 1" on my arms and 3" to my chest on a mere 300g pro a day in only 8 weeks I would not have bettered that my going 600g pro. Thats already FANTASTIC gains. All that growth is obvious proof my body was using at an optimal rate.

Same on this cycle. Im up big time not necessarily in weight but measurements. How would you measure results? Id say thats darn near perfect.

Now if I was running tren and gh and slin I dont believe the 2x rule would be accurate. How could it be? It cant be the same rule when im running moderate doses of deca and test as if I was running 4-5 compounds plus gh and other gear
 
you are speculating results. you have never ate 2g protein per pound. it is not broscience, not sure how you come to that conclusion. you are speculating on this drug or that drug making results better. you are talking to me in facts, but you have no facts to back up your statements, just speculation.

Can't get over the hump to 5 th set yet :(

Leg ext
8 sets

Seeing great improvement here. I used double the weight for same amount of sets as I did last week. I like to do them slow on negative and explode up. Works great. Now I cant walk. Hey I read leg extensions were good for more powerful boners;) maybe i can split her in half some day:D

Maybe that explains the painful boners, where I feel like I could smash diamonds with my dick. I was giving the Tren all the credit lol.
 
My contractions for squats are amazing. 4 sets leaves me helpless and I feel like a quadriplegic.

I actually hawked a lugie in my animalistic rage during a set. It damn near choked me and I wasn't about to rack the bar so I just swallowed that bitch.

I told that to my wife she about puked. She hates toilet talk:D
 
Back in January when I first crossed the 400lb line for reps on my squat, I had a sty that had developed in my left eye lid a couple days before. It popped on the first rep, and I managed two more before I racked it. Couple guys standing there were really grossed out when they saw the puss and blood running out of eye and down cheek. The only one that appreciated it was the trainer there. He thought that was just hardcore lol. Once you commit to a set, it's on no matter what.
 
Im guess that your dietary needs to consume 2g protein per lb of quality food is quite expensive also the gm come with their share of fat, sodium amongst other things that come with eating even lean meats. You will easily surpass recommended 2300mg of sodium which is a huge factor in bloating during a cycle.

Sure of course money plays Into it. But also im recovering nicely and measurements are going up. I just dont see the need to kill my kidneys at 500+ grams protein daily
