I've been pinning on and off for a lot of years and am getting back to it after a torn pec in competition and a year of therapy.
Going to do my favorite cycle to get back some descent strength and hardness.
Week 1-6 - Anadrol - 50mg every day
Week 1-6 - Test-E - 500 per week - 2x250 or 3x250 depending on feel
Week 3-7 - Proviron - 25mg every day
Week 7-12 - Tamoxifen- 10mg every day

Idk alot of this seems like bro talk. In the mean time folks do do this. Not saying any one or all people could do it. The more I think about it 500mg doesnt seem to be that much. Puts me where I like to be mentally, sexually and general well being.A part of me wants to cruise like that, then blast again in a few months. But then I think about the health risks, especially cholesterol and heart risks, and think no I shouldn't do that. Now I will probably get bloods at dr and go for trt.
My deal is I'm about the same age now that my father was when he had his first heart attack. I have always had high cholesterol, a former smoker, and I like to drink a bit. My father never smoked or drank, was in good overall health( or at least thought so) when he had his heart attack. So I get a little paranoid about things that could further drive up my cholesterol and increase my risk. Im seeing my threshold for no AI. I think I could go significantly higher dose without a need for adex. Its all an experiment. Instead of just popping adex cuz the bros recommend it i like to see what works and what doesnt. So far at least for me adex is not really neededWhat about 200mg test and 400EQ EW? Bro 500 is fine if bloodwork comes back in line. Most importantly LDL, HDL, and E2. I'm tellin you man, high estrogens will srsly fuck you up over time. I'm gonna link some stuff whether u like it or not![]()

Well all those years I sat with low t and all the shitty side effects that came with Is in deep contrast to what I am NOW days lol. We spent a good 4 or 5 yrs getting together only once or twice per month. Since I been cycling and trt( about summer 2014) things have gotten MUCH better. You don't think running at higher than intended Testostrone levels is putting undue stress on the body? Akin to running rocket fuel in a Toyota engine. Takes its toll, no? I 100% grant you I have zero medical studies to back my theory, but I think there's none to disprove that either.the health risks are in your head. 200mg a week to 500mg a week is not risking your health. hell I've seen 400mg a week for TRT and that isn't counting adding Deca either. you do what ever you want it is your body, but risking your health you are not.
