5 sets triceps

Weighed in on an near empty stomach 261 this morning. Im up 4 lb in 2 days. Im pushing 500g pro and 5700 cal daily now. None from shakes except post workout. Alot of damn chewing but doesnt really bother me. Other than the horrendous gas it gives me.

Some change ups this week.
Straight arm pulldowns. Love this exercise. Great for isolation work
wide grip pulldowns
more pulldowns
hammer strength high pulls
smith machine bent rows ( this was the other change up)

For triceps only cable pressdowns 5 sets
5 sets of 20 decline sit ups

The wife injected 3.5 cc too high on my glutes. We split each syringe in half. One loaded with 1.5 cc deca the other with 2cc test. That was monday. Ive got crazy pip starting Wednesday. Ive been letting her choose the spot. I thought she would know by heart by now...but no. Way too high. Above the crack. And it fucking hurts.

I rotate quads and glutes. Fridays pin day will be quads. Great cycle so far. Too bad my numbers came in so low. But still gains are great and im starting to kick it up. Now that I know the numbers I've adjusted my dose and when I get my replacements in ill be able to run the higher dose no problem as im nearly out (test)
 
Garbage night

Mcdonalds bacon clubhouse with fries and sweet tea and......bigmac on the side. Was good and greasy :)

I did the same thing tonight, after a full day of food I grabbed a texas whopper with a large fry, crispy chicken caesar salad and a bottle of water on the way home. Still hungry... Thats about to change.
 
Damn good day so far.
Out early due to Easter plant closure. Just did some wheelin. Patching a tire now. Oh well shit happens. Got the rest of the day to do what ever I want! Long weekend ahead for me!

Took 1 banana, 2 cheese sticks , emergen c before my am workout. OGH is the man there certainly is some thing to this emergen c! ENERGY ENERGY.

Also I like working out now on a near empty stomach. I think ill continue.

SQUATS
2 sets heavy duty style. What does that mean?
Load the bar with my usual working weight of 315. I can usually get 8. Today I got 12. Near caused a severe brain hemorrhage. Spittin and fightin for the last 4!

Next up?
Hack squats.
As I was already borderline pukey. I only loaded 180. Proceed to do 3 sets of 10. Till I couldnt walk properly.

After that?
Leg Extensions.
240x10,220x10,200x10,180x10,160x10.

Standing calf raises. Shooting for 21" calves soon.
3 sets 400x20. Heavy duty style. Slow negative static hold at the top.

Feel retarded. Cant walk. Eat another banana. Drink a shake. Time to rest.

Oh im up another 2 lb in a day. 263 now;)
That 500g pro really seems to help me pack it on. Thanks @HuckingFuge

Took me 3 days to get right again after legs this week. Not sure whats up with that. Lost a few reps here and there. I had a couple days off from work directly following legs and the first night I slept almost 15 hours.... Maybe time to de-load.

Pretty much because I cant run, at one time I could skate and I was pretty fucking dangerous on the ice - those days are long gone.
You having any luck with all the extra arm volume? I'm thinking pretty hard about dropping arms into their own day. Maybe starting today...

Twice weekly arm days? Ya definitely. Low volume one day then increase it for the actual arm day. Still haven't got 19's yet. Trying. Im trying
 
I do wonder what I could expect from running much higher doses?
Say 1g test and 1g deca.

Maybe the extra hormones would speed this process up. I haven't crossed that road yet. Maybe next cycle. I dont want to use extra if it wont help tho
