A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

You're in for more of that. I had spell of that Friday, and got the winded dizzy feeling doing curls. I slammed a Gatorade and that helped some. You will get winded doing simple things though, just part of it. I'm making a point this time to do 30 mins of cardio every work out night to try and keep some of my endurance.
Cardio is completely out for me...
 
I recently had my first negative on tren. Busy unloading my trailer. Not real hot out as it was early in the day. When I was done I looked like I ran a few miles. I was dizzy I guess you could call it. Pretty flush too. I found it odd. I slammed some Mt dew and some doritos and was g2g. Weird? Almost like low blood sugar? idk

I work in a foundry, I also experience this I have a very physical and hot job, I normally do not consume much sugar or pop. I found out I need to drink at least a mt dew half way through shift or I start getting dizzy, shakey, sweaty, and my heart starts racing.

I used to haul out of foundry in WV. One of the most god awful places i have ever been.
 
Missed my first ED tren pin yesterday. I realized it when I was 6" deep. I was pretty annoyed by that fact.

My gym was open for memorial day which is cool. Went and did 20 sets of back work including traps. A little triceps too. But I did arms yesterday and was not near full strength.

Took some weight off and performed perfect form. I think it's better. I get better trap and lat work done when I REMOVE plates. Instead of rowing 225 or more I do 90 and drive thru my elbows where the arms have little to no effect. Same with shrugs. I do them with a 45 in each hand and get far better results than loading 405 on a barbell and shrugging. I keep growing. Proof is in the puddin.

Still packing some weight on even tho I'm thinning. Now 261. Crazy. I'm burning fat and building muscle again. Best of both worlds

Probably gonna watch American Sniper today on demand. Looks fitting for memorial day

Tren just makes you sweat regardless of what you're doing lol. I was sweating like a whore in church during a blizzard on tren. Outside in a tshirt my neighbor looking at me like I was a crackhead
 
A bit of chest&bi's today. Arms are really responding well to the increased volume. I'm up to 27 sets total for arms for a WEEK. That's split between 2 separate workouts. Being that nearly all my BF is central I have a lot of new effects from the skin tightening and new muscle growth that I can see. My biceps have a knotty look to them. I feel good that my arms are finally starting to fill out. They are very lean. I'd be suprised if you could pinch 1/2" off them any where on my arm. Now just 1/4 shy of 19". Oh yes they WILL be MINE!

I'm flirting on the fine edge of training efficiency and "overtraining". This is where the best gains are made. I'm not decimated when I come in but sore enough to know it! Workouts are fueled by fabricated aggression because my lack of carbs are effecting my energy levels. Strength is not real impressive at this point probably due to the cut. My last few weeks on deca I was pressing 315x7 fresh. Today I did 275x10 fresh. No matter my workouts aren't designed for maximum strength.

Haven't seen any negative effects to date on tren. I'm am a little short on breathe maybe sweat a little more. No increased sexual sides. No added strength. Most my effects are positive cosmetic ones. Btw ED pins are starting to get old

What are your injection sites you use?
 
I should be using more sites but I took quads out cause I've had to many pins fly across room from hitting nerves. Shit sucks cause quads have so much area to cover
