Wow.. what a dam pity huh.. your testes are capable of working fine and so is your pituitary it would seem with a bit of prodding from the clomid!! However something is just not telling it to do what it should... Its a pity you cant just stay on the clomid and have natural production... But I guess long term implications are not known?Kroms_laugh said:Thanks for the response. I felt awesome on the Clomid. I was a sexual T-Rex. My libido was great. Confidence was through the roof. After I came off the Clomid I felt worse... much worse. My testicles are small as hell. It's frightening. They almost fully recovered during the Clomid, but afterwards, shrank even worse. And no sides from the Clomid during or post treatment that were a direct effect of the Clomid. Just the worsening of my hypogonadism.

I wonder if there are any other forms of treatment that will encourage the hypothlamus and pituitary to kickstart again... I have heard storys of Growth hormone stimulating the HPTA....
In your case and at your age I would be trying everything before undertaking lifelong TRT. talk soon kroms on AIM.

Testosterone: 315 (400-1080)
LH: 2.7 (1.5-9.3)
FSH: 1.3 (1.4-18.1)

pmgamer18 said:Did your doc mention that TRT like Androgel can make you sterile? I'm assuming your marriage plans might include having children. If so, a different treatment than testosterone supplementation would be needed. It would involve taking a hormone that stimulates the body's ability to make testosterone.

I am not sure what a "Sticky" is but if it has some thing to do with being on the top of all posts how do I do this. Or you can if you want.earthdog said:Pmgamer18, that is a great post. A lot of guys come on here basically trying to find a doc who will treat them. Your post would make a great sticky IMHO. To your list I would also add, probably at the top, http://www.worldhealth.net/, which is the organization that Swale lectures at.
