AAS Newbie/Virgin Intro

Wassup Meso, beginner here just thought I would take the time to introduce myself to you guyz. I initially joined two previous groups Evo and Eroids but found this one to be more independent and legit, you guyz keep it 100 so this is my first post ever!! But anyways I'm 25 153lbs 5'9 been working out since I was 20 , tried everything diet exercise you name it still cant seem to put on bulk or muscle hence the name slimmjimmy. doc said its probably genetics but I know theres something I can do to improve my physique so here I am.. I'm not here to ask stupid questions or fish for sources, chances are any questions I have has already been asked so for the past 6months Ive been READING! READING! READING! and READING! Lol.. coming into this i never knew there was so much to learn to the point where I'm obsessed as I want my first cycle to be perfect..but anyways thats all for right now I will continue learning from here!!

How many calories are you eating to try and gain weight?

Hang in there man you will get there. Try to get up into the 4000's and train hard and you will gain muscle. I wouldn't worry too much about your midsection. Keep eating and lifting if you want to get bigger. If you want to lose fat later on you can always focus on that when the time comes. Your macros might also need to be adjusted.
 
Jay just heard Virgin and his ears perked up. Try throwing in some weight gainer shakes too. Fast carbs and a ton of calories. Optimum nutrition makes a good one called serious mass. It gets old eating constantly and for me sometimes it's easier to drink them when I'm pressed for time. Welcome man
