7 weeks since my package was shipped and all your reps can do is read me what the tracking says. the tracking which stopped on dec 5.... then i was advised to go down to the post office and ask about the package which is just a good bit more liability than the package is worth. all because for the high cost of shipping, you guys cheaped out to make a buck...

edit: your rep did give me a fair and good price on the product and shipping compared to everyone else, but it doesnt matter if the package doesnt show up
