I really don't know where to put this thread so if I'm in the wrong place let me know.
I had AC Resection with a subacromial decompression in my right shoulder November 2014 and my left shoulder in February 2015. Recovery for my right shoulder was kind of tough but my left shoulder was a breeze. I washed my truck 2 days after my left shoulder was done but couldn't lift my right arm for about 2 weeks after my surgery.
My right shoulder still causes me pain but it's not as intense as before the surgery. I'm currently taking ibuprofen to calm the inflammation.
Have any of you guys had this surgery? What was the outcome? I'm contemplating going back to the doc to resolve the issue, but I'm not even finished paying for the first 2 surgeries.
