Hi all, 48 years old and for about 2 months and few years on and off I get insane pain inside inner elbow not on the left or right side if you put arm in the supinated position and look down on the inside of the elbow.

In there is just agony sometimes hardly hold a cup of coffee, it throbs from the center point up the arm I have tried massage pain pills deep heat rub

Nothing seems to do anything rest works but as soon as I start back pain is near instant

Sounds like golfers elbow or medial epicondylitis. If you have health insurance you can see a physical therapist.

Check your grip when you're lifting. Squeezing too tight during curls etc.

Try an ice massage. Freeze a small paper Dixie cup with water. Tear off the edges at the top and massage the area for like 5 mins in circles.

Golfers elbow or elbow tendinitis occurs on the back of your elbow which is something at 49 I'm dealing with right now. I found forearm stretches to help quite a bit. Athlean X has a video on this specific condition.

Though you said your pain is on the inside of your arm? Have you done any research on this to see what measures you can take to heal the muscle or tendon?

I have the exact same thing.

Actually just got a lot better due to @BigBaldBeardGuy s advice.

I was deadlifting and straight bar bicep curling, far too close to eachother kn my routines (One day or 24 hours apart).

Since switching my routine and dropping straight bar curls (Fucking pissed, because I just hit a new PR) the pain has gotten significantly better.

For SURE go to a proffesional.

but hopefully that can help in the meantime

Can you post the video link? Yes, I’m lazy right now.

This is what I'm talking about for pain
