Hello Meso, long-time lurker here. I've meant to sign up for awhile now, but I got engaged and started a new job recently along with starting my first cycle, which I'm about eleven weeks into. Anyway, here's some stats before I continue.

Age: Soon to be 32
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 228lbs
BF%: No idea, higher than I'd like

Best natty lifts
Squat: 455lbs with wraps, 405 without
Bench: 330lbs
Deadlift: 555lbs (at a meet @220lbs)

Goals: Currently getting ready for a meet in the beginning of next year. I'd like to see a 500 squat with wraps, 350 bench and 600 deadlift. After that I'm planning to take a little time to get somewhat lean again.

Lifting history: Started lifting in high school. Stopped in my 20's due to drug use. Opiates and heroin mostly and also meth. Ended up doing some time and got into calisthenics in the county jail waiting to go to prison. Lifted my entire time in prison and then spent my house arrest time learning about training and nutrition. Started hitting the gym as soon as I could and have been ever since. Got into powerlifting along the way. Coming up on four years sober now.

Current cycle: 16 weeks 500mg/week test cyp (250mg/2x week)
Arimidex 0.5mg daily for about a week or so, 0.5mg/3x weekly for a couple weeks before that.
PCT Nolvadex and Clomid 40/40/20/20 and 50/25/25/25
Was running HCG from weeks two until eight at 250iu/3x week, but after getting bloods at seven weeks with estrogen over 100 I've let it run out and not gotten more. I wasn't using the Arimidex yet at the time of the bloods.

Well, that's my long introduction. I'm looking forward to getting involved in the community here. Hopefully learn a lot more and help some others with my own knowledge. Thanks for reading if you've made it this far.

Cliffs: Addict turned powerlifter with almost four years sober is eleven weeks into first cycle. Types long intro with some stats, details, etc.

Congrats on sobriety and being a powerlifter lol. I compete in powerlifting as well and enjoy interacting and learning from fellow strength enthusiasts and competitors. Keep a log if you're incline and I'll def be interested in following the journey.

We have a few powerlifters here. I just got into it this year.
I taught @Docd187123 everything he knows. Because im nice. Thats a lie. He taught me.
But I am the strongest person here. Thats a lie too.

Like Doc said, run a log. Ill follow along and im sure a lot of others will too

Thank you. I actually am planning to start a log as well. I've kept a detailed one of my own for a couple years now.

Welcome to MESO brother!! Nice to have you here.

26 months 10 days here, so I've got a little idea where you're coming from.

Thanks, brother. I've lost track of the exact days, but I believe around March next year will be four years for me. Congrats on your sobriety, too.

I've lurked the logs section here a little before I got so busy lately. Will definitely make one though.

5 years 3 m0nths clean from meth. Was on it 17 years. Did a little time too.

Congrats, man, that's some serious clean time. Crazy to imagine living like that now, huh? I only did meth for the last two years of a very long opiate addiction, but once I started shooting meth I stayed in jail until I finally went to prison. It was total insanity.

Thanks, man. Yeah, it sure does and having an addictive personality has its benefits when it comes to training and nutrition for sure.
Right on man, same boat here. Ex addict, full time bodybuilder(not competitively) now. I've recently gotten into gear and my first cycle and can see my addictive side kicking in because I find myself searching for more gear I don't even need yet, lol. Oh well, at least this habit is healthier!

Same, I'm obsessive about reading and learning about training and nutrition, too. For sure healthier than the drug lifestyle though.
